6.3 Mounting the motor to
MKR 35-165 with gear
F The end block with integrated gear
unit is pre-assembled for motor attach-
ment. The two-piece socket is supplied
loose in the gear.
F Attach only motors with enhanced
radial runout "R" to DIN 42955.
• Remove the packaging and adhesive
tape and pull the two pieces of the
socket (1 + 2) out of the gear (3).
• Clean mount, motor shaft and socket.
Mounting the two-piece socket:
F Check the radial runout tolerances of
the motor shaft before mounting and note
the figures.
F The mounting dimension must be
adapted for other motors and mounts.
• Push the two parts of the socket (1 + 2)
onto the motor shaft and adjust to the
mounting dimension.
• Tighten the six clamping screws (4)
alternately and evenly up to the final
tightening torque of 12 Nm.
Checking the radial runout of the
mounted socket:
Same procedure as for MKR 15-65.

Mounting the motor:
• Apply a little grease from the gear unit
to the sealing lip and the seal seat (5).
• Carefully insert the motor with mount-
ed socket (6) into the planetary gear
toothing. Take care not to damage the
sealing lip and the gearwheels.
• Screw the motor down onto the motor
mount (7).
• For test run, see start-up ! 7.

6.3 Montage du moteur avec
réducteur sur le MKR 35-165
F La tête d'extrémité avec réducteur
intégré est prémontée pour le montage
du moteur. La douille d'embrochement en
deux parties est fournie non fixée dans le
réducteur.
F N'utiliser pour la fixation du moteur
que des moteurs avec une tolérance à la
rotation « R » élevée selon DIN 42955.
• Retirer l'emballage et la bande collante
et retirer les deux douilles d'embroche-
ment (1 + 2) du réducteur (3).
• Nettoyer les flasques, l'arbre moteur et
la douille d'embrochement.
Montage de la douille d'embroche-
ment en deux parties :
F Vérifier la tolérance à la rotation de
l'arbre du moteur et noter les valeurs.
F La cote de montage doit être adap-
tée pour les autres moteurs et flasques.
• Introduire les deux douilles d'embro-
chement (1 + 2) dans l'arbre moteur
jusqu'à la cote de montage.
• Serrer alternativement et régulièrement
les six vis de fixation en augmentant
progressivement le couple de serrage.
Valeur finale du couple de serrage
12 Nm.
Contrôle de la tolérance à la rotation
de la douille d'embrochement
montée :
Comme pour le MKR 15-65. ! 6.1.3
Montage du moteur :
• Graisser légèrement la lèvre d'étanchéi-
té et le siège avec de la graisse prove-
nant du réducteur (5).
• Introduire prudemment le moteur avec
la douille d'embrochement (6) montée
dans la denture de l'engrenage plané-
taire. S'assurer que ni la lèvre ni les
pignons ne sont endommagés.
• Fixer le moteur sur le flasque moteur (7).
• Service d'essai ! 7.

F La testata d'estremità con riduttore
integrato è preassemblata per il montag-
gio del motore. La boccola con innesto
dentato composta di due elementi viene
fornita, non montata, insieme al riduttore.
F Usare per il montaggio soltanto moto-
ri con maggiore tolleranza sull'errore di coas-
sialità « R » secondo la norma DIN 42955.
• Rimuovere l'imballaggio ed il nastro adesivo.
Estrarre entrambi gli elementi della boccola
con innesto dentato (1 + 2) dal riduttore (3).
• Pulire la flangia, l'albero motore e la
boccola con innesto dentato.
Montare la boccola con innesto
dentato a due elementi:
F Controllare prima del montaggio le
tolleranze sull'errore di coassialità dell'
albero motore ed annotare i valori.
F Per altri motori e flange la misura
di montaggio deve venire dovutamente
adattata.
• Calzare entrambi gli elementi della boc-
cola con innesto dentato (1 + 2) nell'al-
bero motore fino alla misura di montaggio.
• Serrare le sei viti di fissaggio (4) alter-
nativamente ed in modo uniforme con
coppia di serraggio crescente. Valore fi-
nale della coppia di serraggio = 12 Nm.
Controllare la coassialità della boc-
cola con innesto dentato montata:
Come per MKR 15-65. ! 6.1.3
Montare il motore:
• Spalmare con un po' di grasso prove-
niente dal riduttore (5) il labbro e la
sede della guarnizione.
• Introdurre con cautela il motore con la
boccola con innesto dentato montata
(6) nella dentatura degli ingranaggi
planetari del riduttore. Far attenzione
a non danneggiare il labbro della guar-
nizione e gli ingranaggi.
• Avvitare saldamente il motore alla
flangia del motore (7).
• Per il funzionamento di prova vedere
« Messa in funzione ». ! 7.
6.4 Smontare il motore
Prima di procedere allo smontag-
gio staccare la corrente!
