11.2 Detensioning the toothed
belt
Always shut down the power
before dismantling any equipment!
If no draft cell (1) is available, the
position of the belt pulley (2) must be
measured before the belt is detensioned!

• Remove the mounting hole plugs (3).
• Unscrew and remove four set screws (4)
from the end block at the tension end.
• Unscrew and remove the tension-
locking socket head screws (5).

11.3 Removing the end blocks

Always shut down the power
before dismantling any equipment!
F Both end blocks are mounted in the
same way.
F For replacement of the toothed belt
or sealing strips, both end blocks have to
be removed.
F For replacement of the carriage, only
the end block at the tension end needs to
be removed.
Disconnecting the toothed belt from
the carriage
F Disconnect the toothed belt only on
the side at which an end block is to be
removed.
• Remove the mounting hole plugs (6).
• Unscrew and remove three socket head
screws each (7) from the carriage and
clamping fixtures.
F The clamping fixtures will fall into
the frame.
Removing the end block
• Unscrew and remove four fixing nuts (8).
• Remove the end plate (9).
• Pull out the end block with tension
pulley (10) or drive pulley. The belt will
be drawn out along with it.
F The tie rods (11) can remain in the
frame.
• Lift the clamping fixtures out of the
frame.

11.2 Détente de la courroie
Interrompre l'alimentation élec-
trique avant le démontage !
Lorsqu'il n'existe pas de jauge de
contrainte (1), mesurer la position de la
poulie (2) avant la détente ! ! 13.2.1
• Retirer les capsules (3).
• Dévisser les quatre vis sans tête (4)
vissées dessous.
• Desserrer les vis à tête cylindrique (5)
assurant la tension.
11.3 Démontage des têtes
d'extrémité
Interrompre l'alimentation élec-
trique avant le démontage !
F Les deux têtes d'extrémité sont
fixées de la même manière.
F Les deux têtes d'extrémité doivent
être démontées pour échanger la courroie
crantée ou les réglettes d'étanchéité.
F Seule la tête d'extrémité côté ten-
deur doit être démontée pour échanger le
plateau.
Retrait de la courroie du plateau
F Ne desserrer la courroie que du côté
duquel est démontée une tête d'extrémité.
• Retirer les capsules (6).
• Retirer trois vis à tête cylindrique (7)
fixant les pièces de bridage sur le
plateau.
F Les pièces de bridage tombent alors
dans le corps principal.
Retrait de la tête d'extrémité
• Dévisser les quatre écrous de fixation
(8).
• Retirer la plaque d'extrémité (9).
• Retirer la tête d'extrémité avec la poulie
de tension (10) et d'entraînement. La
courroie est alors aussi retirée.
F Les tiges de fixation (11) peuvent
demeurer dans le corps principal.
• Retirer les pièces de bridage du corps
principal.

11.2 Allentare la cinghia dentata

Prima di procedere allo smontag-
gio staccare la corrente!
Se non si dispone di una scatola
dinamometrica (1), prima di allentare si
deve misurare la posizione della puleggia
della cinghia (2)! ! 13.2.1
• Togliere i tappi di chiusura dei fori (3).
• Allentare i quattro grani filettati (4) nel-
la testata d'estremità lato di tensione.
• Allentare entrambe le viti a testa cilin-
drica (5) che assicurano la tensione.
11.3 Smontare le testate
d'estremità
Prima di procedere allo smontag-
gio staccare la corrente!
F Entrambe le testate d'estremità sono
fissate nello stesso modo.
F Per sostituire la cinghia dentata
o i listelli di tenuta si devono smontare
entrambe le testate.
F Per sostituire la tavola si deve smon-
tare soltanto la testata sul lato di tensione.
Allentare la cinghia dentata dalla
tavola
F Allentare la cinghia soltanto sul lato
in cui è stata smontata una testata.
• Togliere i tappi di chiusura dei fori (6).
• Svitare le tre viti a testa cilindrica (7)
dalla tavola che bloccano gli elementi
di fissaggio.
F Facendo ciò gli elementi di fissaggio
cadono nel profilato.
Smontare la testata d'estremità
• Svitare i quattro dadi di bloccaggio (8).
• Togliere la piastra d'estremità (9).
• Sfilare la testata con rullo tendicinghia
(10) o puleggia di azionamento.
Facendo ciò viene estratta anche la
cinghia dentata.
F I tiranti (11) possono rimanere nel
profilato di base.
• Estrarre gli elementi di fissaggio dal
profilato.
