10.3 Removing the cover strip

Always shut down the power
before dismantling any equipment!
• Unscrew the set screws in the strip
clamps (1).
• Remove the strip clamps from the end
blocks.
Under the strip clamps there are
clamping plates (2) which must be kept
for remounting!
• Unscrew both deflector MAs (3) and
pull them out of the carriage. This will
simultaneously lift the steel strip slightly
off the frame.
• Slide the deflectors (4) off the steel
strip.
• Pull the strip out of the carriage.
10.4 Detensioning the toothed
belt
Always shut down the power
before dismantling any equipment!
If no draft cell (5) is available, the
position of the belt pulley (6) must be
measured before the belt is detensioned!

• Move the carriage toward the end
block.
• Unscrew and remove cover plate (7).
• For MKR 20-80:
• Unscrew and remove four set
screws (8).
• Unscrew and remove the four set
screws (9) lying underneath.
• For MKR 25-110:
• Remove the mounting hole plugs (10).
• Unscrew and remove four set screws
(11).
• Unscrew the two tension-locking
threaded rods (12).

10.3 Démontage de la bande
de protection
Interrompre l'alimentation élec-
trique avant le démontage !
• Dévisser les vis sans tête du maintien
de la bande (1).
• Retirer le maintien de la bande sur les
têtes d'extrémité.
Des tôles de fixation (2) se trou-
vent sous les maintiens de la bande ;
les conserver pour le montage !
• Dévisser les deux ensembles de renvoi
(3) et les retirer du plateau, ce qui
soulève simultanément la bande de
protection du corps principal.
• Retirer les renvois (4) de la bande de
protection en acier.
• Retirer la bande de protection en acier
du plateau.
10.4 Détente de la courroie
Interrompre l'alimentation élec-
trique avant le démontage !
Lorsqu'il n'existe pas de jauge de
contrainte (5), mesurer la position de la
poulie (6) avant la détente ! ! 13.2.3
• Déplacer le plateau vers la tête d'extré-
mité.
• Démonter les tôles de recouvrement (7).
• Pour le MKR 20-80 :
• Dévisser les quatre vis sans tête (8).
• Dévisser les quatre vis sans tête (9)
vissées en-dessous.
• Pour le MKR 25-110 :
• Retirer les capsules (10).
• Dévisser les quatre vis sans tête (11).
• Desserrer les deux tiges filetées (12)
assurant la tension.

10.3 Smontare la lamina di
protezione
Prima di procedere allo smontag-
gio staccare la corrente!
• Allentare i grani filettati della piastrina
di bloccaggio della lamina (1).
• Togliere la piastrina di bloccaggio della
lamina dalle testate d'estremità.
Sotto le piastrine di bloccaggio
della lamina si trovano lamierini di arre-
sto (2) che devono venire conservati per
il montaggio!
• Svitare entrambi i gruppi complessivi
dei deviatori (3) e sfilarli dalla tavola.
Così facendo anche la lamina in acciaio
si stacca contemporaneamente dal pro-
filato di base.
• Sfilare i deviatori (4) dalla lamina in
acciaio.
• Estrarre la lamina in acciaio dalla tavola.

10.4 Allentare la cinghia dentata

Prima di procedere allo smontag-
gio staccare la corrente!
Se non si dispone di una scatola
dinamometrica (5), prima di allentare si
deve misurare la posizione della puleggia
della cinghia (6)! ! 13.2.3
• Spostare la tavola verso la testata
d'estremità.
• Svitare il coperchio della testata (7).
• Con MKR 20-80:
• Svitare quattro grani filettati (8).
• Allentare i quattro grani filettati (9)
che si trovano sotto.
• Con MKR 25-110:
• Togliere i tappi di chiusura fori (10).
• Svitare quattro grani filettati (11).
• Allentare entrambe le aste filettate (12)
che assicurano la tensione.
