9.2 Removing the deflectors

Always shut down the power
before dismantling any equipment!
• Unscrew and remove the deflectors (1).

9.3 Replacing the sealing strips

Always shut down the power
before dismantling any equipment!
• Use a pointed tool to push the sealing
strips a little way out of the carriage
(2).
• Pull out the old sealing strips from the
carriage and discard them.
• Slide the new sealing strips into the
slots until flush with the ends.

9.4 Removing the cover strip

Always shut down the power
before dismantling any equipment!
• Unscrew and remove the strip clamps
(2).
• Slide the carriage back and forth. This
will lift the strip slightly off the frame.
• Lift the plastic cover strip completely
up off the frame.
• Pull the strip out of the carriage and
the end blocks.

Interrompre l'alimentation élec-
trique avant le démontage !
• Dévisser les renvois (1).
9.3 Echange des réglettes
d'étanchéité
Interrompre l'alimentation élec-
trique avant le démontage !
• Pousser la réglette d'étanchéité un peu
du plateau à l'aide d'un objet pointu (2).
• Retirer les réglettes d'étanchéité usées
du plateau et les évacuer.
• Introduire de nouvelles réglettes d'étan-
chéité dans les rainures jusqu'à ce que
les extrémités soient alignées.
9.4 Démontage de la bande de
protection
Interrompre l'alimentation élec-
trique avant le démontage !
• Dévisser les maintiens de bande (2).
• Déplacer le plateau en lui faisant faire
des allers-retours, ce qui soulève un
peu la bande de protection du corps
principal.
• Soulever toute la bande de protection
du corps principal.
• Retirer la bande de protection en plas-
tique du plateau et retirer les têtes
d'extrémité.

9.2 Smontare i deviatori

Prima di procedere allo smontag-
gio staccare la corrente!
• Svitare i deviatori (1).

9.3 Sostituire i listelli di tenuta

Prima di procedere allo smontag-
gio staccare la corrente!
• Spingere per un tratto i listelli di tenuta
dalla tavola con l'ausilio di un oggetto
appuntito (2).
• Sfilare tutti i vecchi listelli di tenuta
dalla tavola e scartarli.
• Infilare i nuovi listelli di tenuta nelle
scanalature fino a che le estremità si
trovino a filo.
9.4 Smontare il nastro di
protezione
Prima di procedere allo smontag-
gio staccare la corrente!
• Svitare la piastrina di bloccaggio del
nastro (2).
• Muovere la tavola in avanti e indietro.
In questo modo il nastro si staccherà
parzialmente dal profilato.
• Staccare tutto il nastro in plastica dal
profilato di base.
• Sfilare il nastro in plastica dalla tavola
e dalle testate d'estremità.
