9.11 Mounting the end block,
tension end
F End blocks are supplied as complete
mounting assemblies with belt pulley and
mounting components.
• Position the tension pulley (1) on the
adapter (2) and wrap the toothed belt
around the pulley.
• Fasten the clamping fixture to the
toothed belt end and slide it into the
slots in the frame (3).
• Screw down the clamping fixture (4)
with two socket head screws below the
carriage surface at the tension end.
• Push the end block (5) onto the tie rods
over the tension pulley.
• Slip on the end plate (6) and screw it
down using the fixing nuts (7).
9.12 Tensioning the toothed belt,
mounting the cover strip
F If only the deflectors, the sealing
strips in the carriage or the cover strip
have been replaced, it is not necessary to
retension the toothed belt!
• In all other cases, tension the toothed
belt. ! 13.
• Slide the plastic cover strip through the
carriage.
• Press the strip into the frame at both
ends and align it at a distance of about
2 mm from the end blocks.
• Now press the strip down completely
flush with the frame.
• Screw the deflectors (8) back onto the
carriage.
• Screw down the strip clamps (9).
F The plastic cover strip is fixed in
place and slightly tensioned by the upper
two screws.

9.11 Montage de la tête
d'extrémité côté tendeur
F Les têtes d'extrémité sont livrées en
éléments complets avec poulie de tension
et éléments de fixation.
• Poser la poulie de tension (1) sur
l'adaptateur (2) et poser la courroie
crantée autour de celle-ci.
• Monter la pièce de bridage à l'extré-
mité de la courroie et l'introduire dans
les rainures du corps principal (3).
• Visser la pièce de bridage (4) sous la
surface du plateau à l'aide de deux vis
cylindriques.
• Introduire la tête d'extrémité (5) sur
sa tige filetée par dessus la poulie de
tension.
• Mettre en place la plaque d'extrémité
(6) et la visser à l'aide des écrous de
fixation (7).
9.12 Tension de la courroie
crantée, montage de la
bande de protection
F Il n'est pas nécessaire de retendre la
courroie si seuls les renvois, les réglettes
d'étanchéité dans le plateau ou la bande
de protection ont été échangés.
• Si tel n'est pas le cas, tendre la
courroie. ! 13.
• Glisser la bande de protection en
plastique sous le plateau.
• Introduire la bande de protection en
plastique dans le corps principal aux
deux extrémités et l'aligner à env.
2 mm des têtes d'extrémité.
• Aligner la bande de protection com-
plètement dans le corps principal.
• Fixer les pièces de renvoi (8) sur le
plateau.
• Fixer le maintien de la bande de
protection (9).
F Ce faisant, la bande de protection
en plastique est fixée et légèrement
tendue par les deux vis supérieures.

9.11 Montare la testata
d'estremità lato tensione
F Le testate d'estremità vengono for-
nite come gruppo di componenti completo
di rullo di rinvio ed elementi di fissaggio.
• Collocare il rullo tendicinghia (1) sull'
adattatore (2) ed avvolgere la cinghia
dentata intorno al rullo tendicinghia.
• Fissare l'elemento di fissaggio all'estre-
mità della cinghia dentata ed infilarlo
nelle scanalature che si trovano nel
profilato di base (3).
• Avvitare saldamente l'elemento di fissag-
gio (4) con due viti a testa cilindrica sul
lato di tensione sotto il piano della tavola.
• Infilare la testata d'estremità (5) sull'
asta filettata sopra il rullo tendicinghia.
• Collocare la piastra d'estremità (6) ed
avvitare saldamente con dadi di bloc-
caggio (7).
9.12 Tendere la cinghia dentata,
montare il nastro di
protezione
F Se si è provveduto soltanto alla sosti-
tuzione dei deviatori, dei listelli di tenuta
nella tavola o del nastro di protezione, non
si deve tendere nuovamente la cinghia!
• Negli altri casi tendere la cinghia.

• Infilare il nastro in plastica lungo la
tavola.
• Introdurre con forza le estremità del
nastro nelle due testate del profilato di
base ed allineare ad una distanza di
circa 2 mm dalle testate d'estremità.
• Premere interamente il nastro in pla-
stica nel profilato portandolo a filo.
• Fissare i deviatori del nastro (8) avvi-
tandoli alla tavola.
• Avvitare saldamente la piastrina di
bloccaggio del nastro (9).
F In questo modo il nastro in plastica
viene fissato e leggermente teso dalle due
viti superiori.
