12.3 Removing the end blocks

Always shut down the power
before dismantling any equipment!
F Both end blocks are mounted in
the same way.
F For replacement of the toothed
belt or carriage, only the end block on
the tension side needs to be removed.
Disconnecting the toothed belt
from the carriage
F Disconnect the toothed belt only
on the side at which an end block is to
be removed.
• Remove the mounting hole plugs (1).
• Unscrew and remove eight socket
head screws (2) from the carriage
and clamping fixtures.
• Lift off the carriage plate (3).
• Unscrew the clamping fixtures from
the toothed belt and the carriage (4).
• Lift the clamping fixtures off the
toothed belt.
Removing the end block
• If the end block at the drive end is to be
dismantled, remove the cover plate (5).
• Unscrew the set screws (6) on both
sides of the frame.
• Remove the end block with installed
pulley. The two anchors (7) will be
pulled out of the fixing bolt (8) and tilt
downward.
F The fixing bolt (8) can remain in
the frame, except for replacement of the
carriage. ! 12.4

d'extrémité
Interrompre l'alimentation élec-
trique avant le démontage !
F Les deux têtes d'extrémité sont
fixées de la même manière.
F Seule la tête d'extrémité côté ten-
deur doit être démontée pour échanger
la courroie crantée ou le plateau.
Retrait de la courroie du plateau
F Ne desserrer la courroie que du côté
duquel est démontée une tête d'extrémité.
• Retirer les capsules (1).
• Retirer les huit vis à tête cylindrique (2)
fixant les pièces de bridage sur le pla-
teau.
• Retirer le plateau (3).
• Dévisser les vis des pièces de bridage
de la courroie crantée sur le plateau (4).
• Retirer les pièces de bridage de la
courroie crantée.
Retrait de la tête d'extrémité
• S'il faut démonter la tête d'extrémité
côté entraînement, retirer la tôle de
recouvrement (5).
• Dévisser les vis sans tête (6) des deux
côtés du corps principal.
• Retirer la tête d'extrémité avec la poulie
de renvoi. Les deux douilles (7) quittent
de ce fait l'axe de fixation (8) et
pendent vers le bas.
F L'axe de fixation (8) peut demeurer
dans le corps principal, sauf pour l'échan-
ge du plateau. ! 12.4

12.3 Smontare le testate
d'estremità
Prima di procedere allo smontag-
gio staccare la corrente!
F Entrambe le testate d'estremità sono
fissate nello stesso modo.
F Per la sostituzione di cinghia denta-
ta, tavola o listelli di tenuta deve venire
smontata soltanto la testata sul lato di
tensione.
Allentare la cinghia dentata dalla
tavola
F Allentare la cinghia dentata soltanto
sul lato in cui viene smontata una testata.
• Togliere i tappi di chiusura dei fori (1).
• Svitare le otto viti a testa cilindrica (2)
dalla tavola e dagli elementi di fis-
saggio.
• Togliere la tavola (3).
• Svitare gli elementi di fissaggio dalla
cinghia dentata e dalla tavola (4).
• Rimuovere gli elementi di fissaggio
dalla cinghia dentata.
Smontare la testata d'estremità
• Se deve venire smontata la testata sul
lato di azionamento, togliere il coper-
chio della testata (5).
• Svitare i grani filettati (6) su entrambi
i lati del profilato di base.
• Togliere l'estremità con il rullo di rinvio
montato. Entrambi i tiranti (7) vengono
sfilati dall'asse di fissaggio (8) e si ribal-
tano verso il basso.
F L'asta di fissaggio (8) può rimanere
nel profilato, eccezion fatta quando si
procede alla sostituzione della tavola.
