10.5 Removing the end blocks

Always shut down the power
before dismantling any equipment!
F Both end blocks are mounted in
the same way.
F For replacement of the toothed belt,
carriage or sealing strips, only the end
block on the tension side needs to be
removed.
Disconnecting the toothed belt
from the carriage
F Disconnect the toothed belt only
on the side at which an end block is to
be removed.
• Remove the mounting hole plugs (1).
• Unscrew and remove two socket head
screws (2) from the carriage and
clamping fixtures.
• Move the carriage until the ends of the
belt are freely accessible.
• Unscrew the clamping fixtures from the
toothed belt (3).
• Pull the clamping fixtures out of the
frame.
Removing the end block
• If the end block at the drive end is to be
dismantled, remove the cover plate (4).
• Unscrew the set screws (5) on both
sides of the frame.
• Remove the end block with installed
pulley. The two anchors (6) will be
pulled out of the fixing bolt (7) and tilt
downward.
F The fixing bolt (7) can remain in
the frame, except for replacement of the
carriage. ! 10.6

10.5 Démontage des têtes
d'extrémité
Interrompre l'alimentation élec-
trique avant le démontage !
F Les deux têtes d'extrémité sont
fixées de la même manière.
F Seule la tête d'extrémité côté ten-
deur doit être démontée pour échanger
la courroie crantée, le plateau ou les
réglettes d'étanchéité.
Retrait de la courroie du plateau
F Ne desserrer la courroie que du côté
duquel est démontée une tête d'extrémité.
• Retirer les capsules (1).
• Retirer les quatre vis (2) fixant les
pièces de bridage sur le plateau.
• Déplacer le plateau jusqu'à ce que la
courroie soit librement accessible.
• Démonter les vis des pièces de bridage
de la courroie (3).
• Retirer les pièces de bridage du corps
principal.
Retrait de la tête d'extrémité
• S'il faut démonter la tête d'extrémité
côté entraînement, retirer la tôle de
recouvrement (4).
• Dévisser les vis sans tête (5) des deux
côtés du corps principal.
• Retirer la tête d'extrémité côté tendeur.
Les deux douilles (6) quittent de ce fait
l'axe de fixation (7) et pendent vers le
bas.
F L'axe de fixation (7) peut demeurer
dans le corps principal, sauf pour l'échan-
ge du plateau. ! 10.6

10.5 Smontare le testate
d'estremità
Prima di procedere allo smontag-
gio staccare la corrente!
F Entrambe le testate d'estremità sono
fissate nello stesso modo.
F Per la sostituzione di cinghia denta-
ta, tavola o listelli di tenuta deve venire
smontata soltanto la testata sul lato di
tensione.
Allentare la cinghia dentata dalla
tavola
F Allentare la cinghia dentata soltanto
sul lato in cui viene smontata una testata.
• Togliere i tappi di chiusura fori (1).
• Svitare due viti a testa cilindrica (2)
dalla tavola e due dagli elementi di
fissaggio.
• Spostare la tavola il tanto necessario
per poter accedere liberamente alle
estremità della cinghia dentata.
• Svitare gli elementi di fissaggio dalla
cinghia dentata (3).
• Rimuovere gli elementi di fissaggio dal
profilato.
Smontare la testata d'estremità
• Se deve venire smontata la testata sul
lato di azionamento, togliere il coper-
chio della testata (4).
• Svitare i grani filettati (5) su entrambi i
lati del profilato.
• Togliere l'estremità con il rullo di rinvio
montato. Entrambi i tiranti (6) vengono
sfilati dall'asse di fissaggio (7) e si ribal-
tano verso il basso.
F L'asta di fissaggio (7) può rimanere
nel profilato di base, eccezion fatta quan-
do si procede alla sostituzione della tavola.
