12.5 Replacing the toothed belt

• If necessary, disconnect the toothed
belt from the carriage at the drive end
too (1).
• Pull the old toothed belt out of the
frame and discard.
• Thread the new toothed belt into the
frame.

12.6 Mounting the end blocks

F End blocks are supplied as complete
mounting assemblies with tension/drive
pulley and mounting components.
The anchors (2) must be screwed
into the bolt (3) in the end block as far
as possible and the recesses (4) in the
anchors must point outward!
• Lift up the anchors and insert them into
the openings in the fixing bolt (5) in the
frame.
• Carefully push the end block onto the
frame until it will go no further.
Make sure the straight pins (6) engage
properly with the holes in the frame.
• Insert the set screws (7) and tighten
them with a torque of 50 Nm.
12.7 Mounting and tensioning
the toothed belt
• Fasten the toothed belt to the carriage
using clamping fixtures (8).
• Lay the carriage plate (9) in place and
fasten it with eight socket head
screws (10).
• Press in the mounting hole plugs (11).
• Tension the toothed belt. ! 13.

12.5 Echange de la courroie
crantée
• Le cas échéant, désolidariser la courroie
du côté entraînement aussi (1).
• Retirer l'ancienne courroie crantée du
corps principal et l'évacuer.
• Introduire la nouvelle courroie crantée
dans le corps principal.
12.6 Montage des têtes
d'extrémité
F Les têtes d'extrémité sont livrées
en sous-ensemble complet avec poulie
de renvoi / d'entraînement et éléments
de fixation.
Les douilles (2) doivent être vis-
sées dans l'axe (3) de la tête d'extrémité
autant que possible et leurs lamages (4)
doivent être orientés vers l'extérieur.
• Soulever les douilles et les introduire
dans les orifices de l'axe de fixation (5)
du corps principal.
• Pousser prudemment la tête d'extrémité
sur le corps principal jusqu'à la butée.
S'assurer que les goupilles (6) pénètrent
parfaitement dans les alésages du corps
principal.
• Visser les vis sans tête (7) et les serrer
à un couple de serrage de 50 Nm.
12.7 Fixation et tension de
la courroie crantée
• Monter la courroie crantée avec les
pièces de bridage sur le plateau (8).
• Déposer le plateau (9) et l'immobiliser à
l'aide de huit vis à tête cylindrique (10).
• Mettre les capsules (11) en place.
• Tension de la courroie ! 13.

12.5 Sostituire la cinghia
dentata
• Se necessario, allentare la cinghia
dentata dalla tavola anche sul lato di
azionamento.
• Estrarre dal profilato di base la vecchia
cinghia dentata e scartarla.
• Infilare la nuova cinghia dentata lungo
il profilato.
12.6 Montare le testate
d'estremità
F Le testate d'estremità vengono for-
nite come gruppo di componenti completo
di rullo di rinvio/puleggia di azionamento
ed elementi di fissaggio.
I tiranti (2) devono essere avvitati
all'asse (3) della testata quanto più pos-
sibile e gli incavi (4) dei tiranti devono
essere rivolti verso l'esterno!
• Sollevare i tiranti ed infilare nei fori
dell'asse di fissaggio (5) nel profilato
di base.
• Spingere con cautela la testata sul pro-
filato fino all'arresto. Far attenzione a
che le spine cilindriche (6) coincidano
perfettamente nei fori del profilato.
• Avvitare i grani filettati (7) e serrarli con
una coppia di serraggio di 50 Nm.
12.7 Fissare e tendere la cinghia
dentata
• Avvitare la cinghia dentata alla tavola
con elementi di fissaggio (8).
• Collocare la tavola (9) e fissarla con
otto viti a testa cilindrica (10).
• Mettere tappi di chiusura dei fori (11).
• Tendere la cinghia dentata. ! 13.
