9.5 Detensioning the toothed
belt
Always shut down the power
before dismantling any equipment!
If no draft cell (1) is available, the
position of the belt pulley (2) must be
measured before the belt is detensioned!
! 13.2.1
• Unscrew and remove the set screws (3)
from the end block at the tension end.
• Unscrew and remove the socket head
screws (4) securing the tension end.

F The toothed belt is fastened to
the carriage by means of two clamping
fixtures.
• Unscrew two socket head screws from
the clamping fixture (5) at the tension
end below the carriage surface.
• Unscrew and remove four fixing nuts
(6).
• Pull off the end plate (7) and the end
block (8) with the tension pulley (9).
F The tie rods (10) can remain in the
frame.

Interrompre l'alimentation élec-
trique avant le démontage !
Lorsqu'il n'existe pas de jauge de
contrainte (1), mesurer la position de la
poulie (2) avant la détente ! ! 13.2.1
• Dévisser les vis sans tête (3) de la tête
d'extrémité du côté tendeur.
• Dévisser les vis cylindriques (4) assurant
la tension.
9.6 Démontage de la tête
d'extrémité côté tendeur
Interrompre l'alimentation élec-
trique avant le démontage !
F La courroie est fixée au plateau par
deux pièces de bridage.
• Dévisser les deux vis cylindriques de la
pièce de bridage (5) sous la surface du
plateau du côté tendeur.
• Dévisser quatre écrous de fixation (6).
• Retirer la plaque d'extrémité (7), la
tête d'extrémité (8) et le poulie de
tension (9).
F Les tiges (10) peuvent demeurer
dans le corps principal.

9.5 Allentare la cinghia dentata

Prima di procedere allo smontag-
gio staccare la corrente!
Se non si dispone di una scatola
dinamometrica (1), prima di allentare si
deve misurare la posizione della puleggia
della cinghia (2)! ! 13.2.1
• Svitare ed asportare i grani filettati (3)
dalla testata d'estremità lato tensione.
• Svitare ed asportare le viti a testa cilin-
drica (4) che assicurano la tensione.
9.6 Smontare la testata
d'estremità lato tensione
Prima di procedere allo smontag-
gio staccare la corrente!
F La cinghia dentata è fissata alla
tavola con due elementi di fissaggio.
• Svitare due viti a testa cilindrica
dell'elemento di fissaggio (5) che si
trovano sul lato di tensione sotto il
piano della tavola.
• Svitare quattro dadi di bloccaggio (6).
• Sfilare la piastra d'estremità (7) e la
testata d'estremità (8) con rullo tendi-
cinghia (9).
F I tiranti (10) possono rimanere nel
profilato di base.
