10.8 Replacing the toothed belt
• If necessary, disconnect the toothed
belt from the carriage at the drive end
too. ! 10.5.1 + 10.5.2
• Pull the old toothed belt out of the
frame and discard.
• Thread the new toothed belt into the
frame.
10.9 Mounting the carriage
• If the end block at the drive end was
not removed, use clamping fixture (1)
to fasten the toothed belt to the drive
end of the carriage (2).
F Take care not to damage the sealing
strips!
• Carefully slide the carriage onto the
guide rail.
10.10 Mounting the end blocks
F End blocks are supplied as complete
mounting assemblies with tension/drive
pulley and mounting components.
• Push the carriage to the tension end
until it projects slightly from the frame.
• Use clamping fixture (1) to fasten the
toothed belt to the tension end of the
carriage (2).
The anchors (3) must be screwed
into the bolt (4) in the end block as far
as possible and the recesses (5) in the
anchors must point outward!
• Lift up the anchors and insert them into
the openings in the fixing bolt (6) in the
frame.
• Carefully push the end block onto the
frame until it will go no further.
Make sure the straight pins (7) engage
properly with the holes in the frame.
• Insert the set screws (8) and tighten
them with a torque of 50 Nm.

10.8 Echange de la courroie
crantée
• Le cas échéant, désolidariser la courroie
du côté entraînement aussi.
! 10.5.1 + 10.5.2
• Retirer l'ancienne courroie crantée du
corps principal et l'évacuer.
• Introduire la nouvelle courroie crantée
dans le corps principal.
10.9 Montage du plateau
• Lorsque la tête d'extrémité côté en-
traînement n'a pas été déposée, fixer
la courroie avec la pièce de bridage (1)
sur le plateau du côté entraînement (2).
F S'assurer que les réglettes d'étan-
chéité ne sont pas endommagées !
• Introduire prudemment le plateau sur
le rail de guidage.
10.10 Montage des têtes
d'extrémité
F Les têtes d'extrémité sont livrées en
éléments complets avec élements de fixa-
tion.
• Laisser le plateau dépasser légèrement
du corps principal du côté tendeur.
• Fixer la courroie avec la pièce de
bridage (1) sur le plateau du côté
tendeur (2).
Les douilles (3) doivent être vis-
sées dans l'axe (4) de la tête d'extrémité
autant que possible et leurs lamages (5)
doivent être orientés vers l'extérieur.
• Soulever les douilles et les introduire
dans les orifices de l'axe de fixation (6)
du corps principal.
• Pousser prudemment la tête d'extrémité
sur le corps principal jusqu'à la butée.
S'assurer que les goupilles (7) pénètrent
parfaitement dans les alésages du corps
principal.
• Visser les vis sans tête (8) et les serrer à
un couple de serrage de 50 Nm.

10.8 Sostituire la cinghia
dentata
• Se necessario, allentare la cinghia
dentata dalla tavola anche sul lato di
azionamento. ! 10.5.1 + 10.5.2
• Estrarre dal profilato la vecchia cinghia
dentata e scartarla.
• Infilare la nuova cinghia dentata nel
profilato.
10.9 Montare la tavola
• Se non è stata smontata la testata sul
lato di azionamento, fissare la cinghia
dentata alla tavola con elemento di fis-
saggio (1) sul lato di azionamento (2).
F Far attenzione affinché i listelli di
tenuta non vengano danneggiati!
• Infilare con cautela la tavola sulla
rotaia.
10.10 Montare le testate
d'estremità
F Le testate d'estremità vengono for-
nite come gruppo di componenti completo
di rullo di rinvio/puleggia di azionamento
ed elementi di fissaggio.
• Far sporgere la tavola un po' fuori dal
profilato.
• Fissare la cinghia dentata alla tavola
con elemento di fissaggio (1) sul lato
di tensione (2).
I tiranti (3) devono essere avvitati
all'asse (4) della testata quanto più pos-
sibile e gli incavi (5) dei tiranti devono
essere rivolti verso l'esterno!
• Sollevare i tiranti ed infilare nei fori
dell'asse di fissaggio (6) del profilato
di base.
• Spingere con cautela la testata sul pro-
filato fino all'arresto. Far attenzione a
che le spine cilindriche (7) coincidano
perfettamente con i fori del profilato.
• Avvitare i grani filettati (8) e serrarli con
una coppia di serraggio di 50 Nm.
