10.11 Tensioning the toothed belt

10.12 Mounting the cover strip

• Slide the steel strip through the deflec-
tors (1) and the carriage.
• Screw the deflectors onto the carriage.
• Position the steel strip so that the ends
reach as far the mounting holes of the
strip clamps.
Do not fix the steel strip into place
without the clamping plates!
• Insert the clamping plates in the strip
clamps.
• Push the strip clamps (2) onto the
butterfly profile and screw down.
F The steel strip is held against the
frame by two magnetic strips (3).

10.12 Montage de la bande
de protection en acier
• Glisser la bande de protection en acier
sous les renvois (1) et le plateau.
• Fixer les renvois sur le plateau.
• Positionner la bande de protection de
sorte que les extrémités atteignent les
trous de fixation des maintiens de la
bande.
Ne pas fixer la bande de protec-
tion en acier sans tôles de fixation !
• Poser les tôles de fixation dans les
maintiens de la bande de protection.
• Poser les maintiens de la bande de
protection (2) sur le profilé en queue
d'aronde et les y fixer.
F La bande de protection est main-
tenue sur le corps principal par deux
réglettes aimantées (3).

10.12 Montare la lamina di
protezione
• Infilare spingendo la lamina di prote-
zione in acciaio attraverso deviatori (1)
e lungo la tavola.
• Avvitare saldamente i deviatori alla
tavola.
• Posizionare la lamina in acciaio in
modo tale che le estremità arrivino
fino ai fori di fissaggio delle piastrine
di bloccaggio della lamina.
Non fissare la lamina in acciaio
senza i lamierini di arresto!
• Collocare i lamierini di arresto nelle
piastrine di bloccaggio della lamina.
• Infilare le piastrine di bloccaggio della
lamina (2) sul profilo a farfalla ed
avvitare saldamente.
F La lamina in acciaio viene tenuta
sul profilato di base da due listelli ma-
gnetici (3).
