9.7 Replacing the carriage

Always shut down the power
before dismantling any equipment!
• Unscrew and remove the adapter on
the tension end (1) from the frame.
• Carefully pull the carriage out of the
frame.
• Carefully slide in the new carriage!
• Refasten the adapter (1).
9.8 Removing the end block,
drive end
Always shut down the power
before dismantling any equipment!
F The toothed belt is fastened to
the carriage by means of two clamping
fixtures.
• Unscrew two socket head screws from
the clamping fixture (2) at the drive
end below the carriage surface.
• Unscrew and remove four fixing nuts
(3) and pull off the end block at the
drive end.
• Ease the toothed belt out of the frame
and unscrew the clamping fixtures (4).
• Pull the toothed belt completely out of
the frame.

9.7 Echange du plateau
Interrompre l'alimentation élec-
trique avant le démontage !
• Dévisser l'adaptateur côté tendeur (1)
du corps principal.
• Retirer prudemment le plateau du
corps principal.
• Introduire le nouveau plateau avec
précaution !
• Remonter l'adaptateur (1).
9.8 Démontage de la tête d'ex-
trémité côté entraînement
Interrompre l'alimentation élec-
trique avant le démontage !
F La courroie est fixée au plateau par
deux pièces de bridage.
• Dévisser les deux vis cylindriques de la
pièce de bridage (2) sous la surface du
plateau du côté entraînement.
• Dévisser quatre écrous de fixation (3)
et retirer la tête d'extrémité côté en-
traînement.
• Tirer la courroie du corps principal et
démonter les pièces de bridage (4).
• Retirer la courroie complètement du
corps principal.

9.7 Sostituire la tavola

Prima di procedere allo smontag-
gio staccare la corrente!
• Svitare l'adattatore sul lato di tensione
(1) staccandolo dal profilato.
• Sfilare la tavola dal profilato proceden-
do con cautela.
• Infilare e spingere con cautela la nuova
tavola!
• Rimontare l'adattatore (1).
9.8 Smontare la testata d'estre-
mità lato azionamento
Prima di procedere allo smontag-
gio staccare la corrente!
F La cinghia dentata è fissata alla
tavola con due elementi di fissaggio.
• Svitare due viti a testa cilindrica dell'
elemento di fissaggio (2) sul lato di
azionamento sotto il piano della tavola.
• Svitare quattro viti di fissaggio (3) e
rimuovere la testata d'estremità sul
lato di azionamento.
• Allentare la cinghia dentata dal pro-
filato di base e svitare gli elementi di
fissaggio (4).
• Sfilare interamente la cinghia dentata
dal profilato di base.
