12.2 Detensioning the toothed
belt
Always shut down the power
before dismantling any equipment!
If no draft cell (1) is available, the
position of the belt pulley (2) must be
measured before the belt is detensioned!

• Move the carriage toward the end
block.
• Unscrew and remove cover plate (3).
• For MLR 10-80:
• Unscrew and remove four set
screws (4).
• Unscrew and remove the four set
screws (5) lying underneath.
• For MLR 10-110:
• Remove the mounting hole plugs (6).
• Unscrew and remove four set
screws (7).
• Unscrew the two tension-locking
threaded rods (8).

Interrompre l'alimentation élec-
trique avant le démontage !
Lorsqu'il n'existe pas de jauge de
contrainte (1), mesurer la position de la
poulie (2) avant la détente ! ! 13.2.3
• Déplacer le plateau vers la tête d'extré-
mité côté tendeur.
• Démonter les tôles de recouvrement (3).
• Pour le MLR 10-80 :
• Dévisser les quatre vis sans tête (4).
• Dévisser les quatre vis sans tête (5)
vissées en-dessous.
• Pour le MLR 10-110 :
• Retirer les capsules (6).
• Dévisser les quatre vis sans tête (7).
• Desserrer les deux tiges filetées (8)
assurant la tension.

12.2 Allentare la cinghia dentata

Prima di procedere allo smontag-
gio staccare la corrente!
Se non si dispone di una scatola
dinamometrica (1), prima di allentare si
deve misurare la posizione della puleggia
della cinghia (2)! ! 13.2.3
• Spostare la tavola verso la testata
d'estremità.
• Svitare il coperchio della testata (3).
• Con MLR 10-80:
• Svitare i quattro grani filettati (4).
• Allentare i quattro grani filettati (5)
che si trovano sotto.
• Con MLR 10-110:
• Togliere i tappi di chiusura dei fori
(6).
• Svitare i quattro grani filettati (7).
• Allentare entrambe le aste filettate (8)
che assicurano la tensione.
