PROBLEMA
Viene azionato il comando di DISCESA ma il sollevatore non
scende.
CAUSE
1)
Non arriva alimentazione dall'impianto pneumatico.
2)
La pressione nell'impianto pneumatico non è sufficente
(min. 6 bar) a comandare lo sgancio della sicura mecca-
nica.
3)
I tubi pneumatici risultano schiacciati o danneggiati.
RIMEDI
1)
Ripristinare il collegamento all'impianto pneumatico.
2)
Verificare ed eventualmente aumentare la pressione nel-
l'impianto pneumatico.
3)
Controllare ed eventualmente sostituire le tubazioni dan-
neggiate.
PROBLEMA
Si riscontra un eccessivo dislivellamento delle corsie di solle-
vamento e/o il sollevatore si arresta.
CAUSE
1)
Un ostacolo fisso si é frapposto ad una corsa del solleva-
tore.
2)
Il peso del veicolo sollevato non é equamente ripartito.
3)
Il livellamento al suolo del sollevatore ha subito variazioni.
4)
Aria residua si é introdotta nel circuito idraulico.
RIMEDI
1)
Rimuovere la causa di dislivellamento quindi procedere
al riarmo fotocellula: vedere a pagina 48 del presente ma-
nuale.
2)
Rimuovere eventuali carichi supplementari dal veicolo.
3)
Controllare e ripristinare il livellamento dell'intero solleva-
tore, secondo le indicazioni riportate nel sottoparagrafo
"POSIZIONAMENTO" a pagina 14 del presente manuale.
4)
Effettuare lo spurgo dell'aria: eseguire il punto 4 a pagina
28 del presente manuale. Per la versione LT eseguire an-

che il punto 5 a pagina 30.

PROBLEM
The DOWN command is operated but the lifter fails to lower.
CAUSES
1) No power from the compressed air plant.
2) The pressure in the compressed air circuit is too low (min. 6
bar) to release the mechanical safety bolt.
3) The air pipes are crushed or damaged.
REMEDIES
1) Connect the machine to the compressed air supply in the
correct way.
2) Check and increase the pressure in the compressed air
system if necessary.
3) Check the pipes for damage and have them replaced if
necessary.
PROBLEM
Excessive difference in level between the lifter platforms and/
or the lifter stops.
CAUSES
1) There is an obstruction between one of the lifter platforms.
2) The weight of the raised vehicle has not been equally
distributed.
3) The lifter is no longer level on the ground.
4) Air has infiltrated into the hydraulic circuit.
REMEDIES
1) Eliminate the cause for misalignment then reset the photocell:
consult page 48 of this manual.
2) Remove any additional loads from the vehicle.
3) Check and correct the level of the entire lifter as indicated in
the "POSITIONING" sub-section on page 14 of this manual.
4) Bleed off the air: carry out the instructions in point 4 on page
28 of this manual. Also carry out point 5 on page 30 for the LT
version.
