CONTROLLI E REGOLAZIONI
N.B.: Effettuare i controlli e le regolazioni di seguito elencate, al
termine dell'installazione, anticipatamente al primo impiego
del sollevatore.
1) Verificare il livello dell'olio nel serbatoio posto all'interno del-
l'unità di comando. L'apposito tappo di rabbocco é dotato di
asta di livello (Fig. L). Qualora si rendesse necessario aggiun-
gere olio, impiegare olio per circuiti idraulici con viscosità no-
minale ISO VG 46.

N.B.: Il serbatoio contiene complessivamente litri 12.
2) Verificare il senso di rotazione del motore.
Posizionare l'interruttore generale su "1", osservare la ventola
attraverso la griglia della parte superiore del motore e con-
temporaneamente azionare per un breve istante il selettore di
salita del sollevatore. La freccia adesiva in prossimità della gri-
glia del motore indica il corretto senso di rotazione (Fig. L/1).
Se la rotazione non corrisponde a quella indicata, portare l'in-
terruttore generale in posizione "0" e togliere la spina di colle-
gamento alla rete elettrica. Procedere facendo invertire (da
personale professionalmente qualificato) due fili di fase all'in-
terno della spina stessa.
ATTENZIONE:
La rotazione continuata del motore in senso con-

trario a quello indicato dalla freccia può pro-
vocare seri danni alla centralina idraulica.
3) Verificare la funzionalità delle barre di sicurezza.
Azionare il comando di discesa quindi sollevare manualmente
prima una poi l'altra barra di sicurezza poste sul lato esterno
delle corsie: il sollevatore deve arrestarsi per riprendere il movi-
mento al rilascio della barra.
4) Effettuare lo spurgo dell'aria dall'impianto idraulico.
Azionare il selettore di salita fino a portare il sollevatore al
finecorsa superiore. Raggiunta la massima estensione, mante-
nere il selettore azionato per circa 4 secondi, quindi fare scen-
dere completamente il sollevatore. Ripetere tali manovre per
2-3 volte consecutive, al fine di garantire la completa fuoriu-
scita dell'aria dal circuito.

INSPECTIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS
NOTE: The inspections and adjustments described below must
be carried out after the machine has been installed and before
it is used for the first time.
1) Check the level of the oil in the tank inside the control unit. The
fill plug has a dipstick (Fig. L). If the level must be topped up, use
oil for hydraulic circuits with an ISO VG 46 rated viscosity.
NOTE: The tank contains 12 litres of oil.
2) Make sure that the motor turns in the right direction.
Turn the main switch to position "1". Watch the fan through the
grille in the upper part of the motor while briefly activating the
lifter "up" selector. The correct direction is indicated by the
arrow sticker near the motor grille (Fig. L/1).
If the motor turns in the wrong direction, turn the main switch
back to position "0" and remove the power plug from the
electricity main. Now have a qualified electrician invert two of
the live wires in the actual plug itself.
WARNING:
The power pack will be seriously damaged if
the motor is allowed to run in the wrong
direction for a lengthy period of time.
3) Make sure the safety bars are functional.
Operate the "down" control then, operating by hand, first lift
one of the safety bars on the outer side of the platforms and
then the other: the lifter must stop and then continue its
movement once the bar has been released.
4) Bleed the air from the hydraulic system.
Operate the "up" selector until the lifter has reached end of up
travel. Having reached maximum height, keep the selector
activated for approx. 4 seconds, then allow the lifter to move
fully down. Repeat this operation for 2-3 consecutive times to
ensure that all air has been bled from the circuit.
