CONTROLLI DA EFFETTUARE
16.3
1) Verificare le condizioni dello stelo dei cilindri di sollevamento.
Sollevare completamente e controllare che gli steli non presen-
tino danneggiamenti meccenici (graffi, rigature, ammaccatu-
re), che siano ben lisci e puliti da imbrattature. Se si notano per-
dite d'olio in prossimità di uno stelo, o anomalie come descritto,
sarà necessario ripristinare le condizioni ottimali di funzionamen-
to prima di impiegare nuovamente l'apparecchiatura.
2) Controllare tutte le condutture idrauliche per verificare even-
tuali perdite e/o difetti di altro tipo (ammaccature, abrasioni,
screpolature).
N.B.: Difetti e/o perdite dell'impianto idraulico dovranno esse-
re riparati esclusivamente da personale tecnico autorizzato.
3) Verificare il livello dell'olio nel serbatoio della centralina oleo-
dinamica, come descritto nel paragrafo "1" del capitolo "CON-
TROLLI E REGOLAZIONI" a pagina 28 del presente manuale.
4) Verificare che il sollevatore abbia mantenuto le condizioni
di parallelismo delle corsie ed il livellamento in bolla come de-
scritto nel capitolo "POSIZIONAMENTO" relativo alle fasi di in-
stallazione. Vedi pagina 14 del presente manuale.
5) Verificare il funzionamento delle barre di sicurezza. Seguire le
indicazioni relative, già riportate al punto "4" del capitolo "CON-
TROLLI E REGOLAZIONI" a pagina 28 del presente manuale.
N.B.: In alcuni paesi la normativa prevede controlli obbligatori
dei dispositivi di sicurezza presenti sulle attrezzature quali i
sollevatori, da effettuarsi ad intervalli regolari e attraverso per-
sonale tecnico autorizzato. Si consiglia comunque di seguire
tale prassi anche dove non ufficialmente richiesta.
SOLO PER VERSIONE LT:
6) Verificare come descritto al punto "1" lo stelo dei cilindri del
sollevatore ausiliario.
7) Verificare il funzionamento dei sistemi di sicurezza. Seguire le
indicazioni relative, già riportate ai punti "5, 6" del capitolo
"CONTROLLI E REGOLAZIONI" a partire da pagina 28 del pre-
sente manuale.
N.B.: Le parti difettose devono essere sostituite esclusivamente
da personale tecnico qualificato e solo con ricambi originali.
La sostituzione di una parte (o gruppo di parti) con ricambi non
originali, comporta il decadimento della GARANZIA e solleva
il costruttore da eventuali danni successivi a tale intervento.
OPERATIONS REQUIRED
16.3
1) Make sure that the stems of the lifting cylinders are in a good
condition. Fully lift and check to make sure that the stems are
not damaged in any way (scratches, scoring, denting). They
should be smooth and clean. If you notice oil leaking from a
stem or one of the other faults described, the machine must be
repaired and optimum operating conditions restored before
the lifter can be used again.
2) Check all the hydraulic pipes to make sure that there are no
leaks and/or defects of some other type (dents, abrasions,
cracks).
NOTE: Defects and/or leaks in the hydraulic circuit must only be
repaired by authorized technicians.
3) Check the level of the oil in the reservoir of the hydraulic
power pack as described in section "1" of the "INSPECTIONS
AND ADJUSTMENTS" chapter on page 28 of this manual.
4) Make sure that the lifter platforms are parallel and level as
described in the part concerning the installation phases of the
"POSITIONING" chapter. See page 14 of this manual.
5) Make sure that the safety bars are functional. Comply with
the relative instructions in point "4" of the "INSPECTIONS AND
ADJUSTMENTS" chapter on page 28 of this manual.
NOTE: In some countries, the safety devices on equipment such
as lifters must be obligatorily checked by law. These inspections
must be carried out by authorized technicians at regular intervals.
It is, however, advisable to have this done even when not
officially required by the laws in force.
VERSION LT ONLY:
6) Check the cylinder stems of the auxiliary lifter as described in
point "1".
7) Make sure that the safety systems operate correctly. Comply
with the relative instructions given in point "5" and "6" of the
"INSPECTIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS" chapter from page 28 of this
manual onwards.
NOTE: Any defective parts must only be replaced by qualified
technicians using genuine spare parts. Replacement of parts
(or assemblies) with spurious spares will void the WARRANTY
and relieve the manufacturer from all liability for damages
deriving from such action.
