Per l'impiego del sollevatore nella massima sicurezza, operare
come segue:
SOLO PER VERSIONE P 350
- Discesa manuale delle corsie di sollevamento:
1) Scollegare l'alimentazione elettrica: disinserire la spina dalla
presa di rete.
2) Aprire i pannelli posteriore ed anteriore dell' unità di coman-
do, svitando le viti poste lateralmente.
3) Inserire il manico sulla pompa manuale ed effettuare alcu-

ne pompate sino a quando gli arpioni superiori della sicura mec-
canica si saranno distaccati di circa 4-5 mm da quelli inferiori
(vedi Fig. S/5).
4) Orientare in posizione verticale la levetta di colore rosso (1
Fig. S/6) presente sull'elettrovalvola pneumatica (2 Fig. S/6) in-
terna all'unità di comando, per ottenere il sollevamento
(sbloccaggio) degli arpioni di sicura meccanica.
5) Verificare l'effettuato disinserimento di entrambi gli arpioni.
6) Accertarsi che non vi siano oggetti o persone in prossimità
S/6
del sollevatore, in particolare sotto di esso, quindi svitare la
ghiera (1 Fig. S/7) di bloccaggio della vite (2 Fig. S/7) di co-
mando manuale dell'elettrovalvola di discesa. Allentare la vite
(2 Fig. S/7) per fare scendere il sollevatore completamente.
Per interrompere la discesa, avvitare manualmente a fondo la
stessa vite (2 Fig. S/7).
7) Raggiunto l'abbassamento desiderato, avvitare la vite (2 Fig.
S/7) manualmente a fondo, quindi avvitare la ghiera (1 Fig. S/
7).
8) Riposizionare in orizzontale la levetta (1 Fig. S/6), quindi ri-
montare i pannelli posteriore ed anteriore dell'unità di coman-
do.

9) Collegare la spina del sollevatore alla rete elettrica.
N.B.: Solo se completate le operazioni 7, 8 e 9 e ripristinato l'in-
S/7
conveniente elettrico, il sollevatore potrà riprendere il normale
funzionamento.
USO
15.2
To use the lifter in conditions of complete safety, proceed in the
following way:
- Lowering the lifting platforms in manual mode:
1) Disconnect the lifter from the electric power source: remove
the plug from the electricity main.
2) Open the rear and front panels of the control unit by
unscrewing the screws at the sides.
3) Insert the handle of the hand pump and pump a few times
until the top ratchets of the mechanical safety bolt are about
4-5 mm from the lower ones (see Fig. S/5).
4) Set the red lever (1 Fig. S/6) on the pneumatic solenoid valve
(2 Fig. S/6) inside the control unit in a vertical position to raise
(unlock) the mechanical bolt ratchets.
5) Make sure that both ratchets have disengaged.
6) Make sure that there are no obstacles or by-standers near the
lifter, particularly under it, then unscrew the ring nut (1 Fig. S/7)
that locks the bolt (2 Fig. S/7) that allows the lowering solenoid
valve to be controlled by hand. Slacken off the bolt (2 Fig. S/7)
to allow the lifter to fully lower. Fully tighten the same bolt (2 Fig.
S/7) to stop the lifter from lowering.
7) Having lowered the lifter to the required point, fully tighten the
bolt (2 Fig. S/7) by hand, then tighten the ring nut (1 Fig. S/7).
8) Move the lever (1 Fig. S/6) back to the horizontal position,
then fit the rear and front panels back on to the control unit.
9) Plug the lifter into the electricity main.
NOTE: Only when operations 7, 8 and 9 have been completed
and the electrical fault repaired may the lifter continue with
normal operation.
