SALITA/DISCESA SOLLEVATORI LT:
Solo nelle versioni P 350 LT é presente il sollevatore ausiliario "LT".
Tale sollevatore formato da due pedane mobili con prolun-
ghe estensibili (1 Fig.B/7), é dotato di doppio sistema di sicu-
rezza e viene comandato da un unico selettore presente sul
pannello comandi. L'uso di questo secondo sollevatore é indi-
spensabile qualora sia necessario liberare le ruote, sollevando
il veicolo già collocato sulle corsie del sollevatore stesso. La
portata massima delle pedane "LT" é di 3000 kg. La differenza
di carico ammessa fra le due pedane é pari al 10% della por-
tata massima consentita nelle diverse configurazioni di carico
(vedi tabella di Fig.Q).
SALITA
Per avere una corretta distribuzione dei pesi, la posizione del
veicolo da sollevare con le pedane "LT" é vincolata ai punti
anteriori di sollevamento dello stesso, che debbono essere SEM-
PRE collocati nel punto indicato con "A" nella Fig.Q.
N.B.: I corretti punti di sollevamento di ogni veicolo sono indi-
cati dalla casa costruttrice.
1) Collocare i tamponi in gomma all'estremità anteriore delle
pedane, come rappresentato in Fig.Q, quindi muovere il vei-
colo fino a portare i punti di sollevamento anteriori in corrispon-
denza dei tamponi appena posizionati.
2) Azionare il selettore di salita delle pedane "LT", per avvicinar-
le (circa a 15 cm) ai punti di sollevamento del veicolo.
3) Posizionare i tamponi in gomma sulle pedane "LT" nel lato
posteriore, in prossimità dei punti di sollevamento. Qualora la

distanza fra i punti anteriori e posteriori fosse superiore alla lun-
ghezza delle pedane "LT", impiegare le prolunghe estensibili.
N.B.: Nel caso i punti di sollevamento siano particolarmente
interni, tali da trovarsi fuori dalla superficie delle pedane "LT", si
utilizzi l'accessorio "CTC" -Coppia traverse di collegamento (di-
sponibili a richiesta), per raggiungere tali punti ed operare nel-
la massima sicurezza.
4) Azionare il selettore di salita verificando nuovamente la po-
sizione dei tamponi appena ottenuto il contatto con il veicolo.
Proseguire la salita osservando che non vi sia alcun ostacolo
nell'ingombro d'azione superiore.
DISCESA
Prima di effettuare la discesa verificare che nessun ostacolo
sia frapposto tra veicolo e corsie del sollevatore.
N.B.: Nel caso sia necessario operare sulle geometrie del vei-
LT LIFTERS UP/DOWN MOVEMENT:
Auxiliary lifter "LT" is only available in P 350 LT lifter versions. This
lifter consists of two travelling runboards with pull-out extensions
(1 Fig. B/7) and is equipped with a double safety system. It is
controlled by a single selector on the control panel. Use of this
second lifter is essential when the wheels must be freed, raising
the vehicle already on the platforms of the actual lifter. The
maximum carrying capacity of runboards "LT" is 3000 Kg. The
tolerated load difference between the two runboards is 10% of
the maximum tolerated load in the various loading configurations
(see table in Fig. Q).
LIFTING
To ensure the weights are correctly distributed, the position of
the vehicle to raise with runboards "LT" is bound to its front lifting
points which must ALWAYS be in the point marked "A" in Fig. Q.
NOTE: The correct lifting points of each vehicle are indicated by
the relative manufacturer.
1) Place the rubber pads at the front ends of the runboards as
shown in Fig. Q, then move the vehicle until the front lifting points
are on a level with the previously positioned pads.
2) Operate the "LT" runboard "up" selector to near the runboards
to the lifting points of the vehicle (about 15 cm away).
3) Position the rubber pads on runboards "LT" in the rear side,
near the lifting points. Use the pull-out extensions if the distance
between the front and rear points is more than the length of
runboard "LT".
NOTE: If the lifting points are rather internal and are beyond the
surface of runboards "LT", use accessory "CTC"-Pair of
connecting cross pieces (available on request) to reach the
points and operate as safely as possible.
4) Operate the "up" selector and check the position of the pads
again as soon as contact has been made with the vehicle.
Continue moving up, making sure that there are no obstructions
to forward movement.
LOWERING
Before proceeding with the lowering movement, make sure
that there are no obstructions between the vehicle and lifter
platforms.
NOTE: If the attitude of the vehicle needs to be modified, before
lowering, free the swinging plates from the relative stops and
allow them to converge towards the centre of the lifter. Also
position the rotating plates on a level with the front wheels:
once the vehicle has completely lowered on to the platforms,
