OPERAZIONI DA ESEGUIRE
16.2
1) Effettuare la pulizia generale del sollevatore secondo le indi-
cazioni riportate nelle avvertenze generali di questo capitolo (vedi
pagina precedente).
2) Ingrassare i perni di fulcro dei bracci di sollevamento, attraver-
so gli appositi ingrassatori (1 Fig.T) posti su ogni mozzo. La figura T/
1 indica i punti di fulcro dove sono collocati gli ingrassatori per la
manutenzione. Inpiegare per tale operazione grasso
multifunzionale ISO: XM1, XM2 o XM3.
3) Sostituire l'olio nel serbatoio della centralina oleodinamica,
ogni 1800 ore di lavoro ed in ogni caso, almeno una volta l'an-
no, procedendo come segue:
N.B.: L'olio da utilizzare é di tipo ISO VG 46. Sono necessari cir-

ca 12 litri per riempire completamente il serbatoio.
- Abbassare completamente il sollevatore.
- Scollegare l'alimentazione elettrica: disinserire la spina dalla
presa di rete.
- Scollegare la sorgente di alimentazione pneumatica.
- Aprire il pannello posteriore dell' unità di comando, svitando
le viti poste lateralmente.
- Rimuovere il tappo del serbatoio (1 Fig.T/2).
T/1
- Collocare un adeguato contenitore sotto il tappo di scarico
(2 Fig.T/2) per raccogliere l'olio da sostituire: circa 12 litri.
- Svitare il tappo (2 Fig.T/2) ed attendere che tutto l'olio conte-
nuto nel serbatoio sia fuoriuscito.

- Riavvitare il tappo (2 Fig.T/2) verificando la buona condizio-
ne dell'anello di guarnizione in gomma.
- Introdurre nel serbatoio il nuovo olio e portare a livello.
ATTENZIONE!
L'olio usato è altamente inquinante. Non
gettare o disperdere nell'ambiente ma, una
volta raccolto, smaltire in appositi centri
specializzati o comunque secondo le norme vigenti.
SOLO PER VERSIONE LT:
4) Pulire le guide a rulli (1 Fig.T/3) e le guide (2 Fig.T/3) delle pro-
lunghe del sollevatore ausiliario LT (rimuovere il grasso vecchio,
facilmente imbrattato da residui e polvere).

5) Ingrassare tutte le guide (1, 2 Fig.T/3) utilizzando lo stesso tipo
T/3
di grasso indicato al punto "2".
OPERATIONS REQUIRED
16.2
1) Generally clean the lifter in compliance with the instructions
given in the general precautions section (see previous page).
2) Grease the centre pins of the lifting arms by means of the
relative lubricators (1 Fig. 1) on each hub. Figure T/1 shows the
centre points where the servicing lubricators are installed. Use
ISO: XM1, XM2 or XM3 all-purpose grease for this operation.
3) Change the oil in the reservoir of the hydraulic power pack
after every 1800 hours service or at least once a year. Proceed
in the following way:
NOTE: Use ISO VG 46 oil. About 12 litres are required to completely
fill the reservoir.
- Fully lower the lifter.
- Disconnect the lifter from the electric power source: remove
the plug from the electricity main.
- Disconnect the lifter from the compressed air source.
- Open the rear panel of the control unit by unscrewing the
screws at its sides.
- Remove the plug from the reservoir (1 Fig. T/2).
- Place an adequate vessel under the drain plug (2 Fig. T/2) to
collect the old oil: approx. 12 litres.
- Unscrew the plug (2 Fig. T/2) and wait until all the oil has drained
from the reservoir.
- Screw the plug (2 Fig. T/2) back on, making sure that the rubber
ring seal is in a good condition.
- Pour fresh oil into the reservoir until reaching the correct level.
WARNING!
Used oil is highly polluting. Do not throw it
away. Do not litter. Collect it and have it
disposed of by a specialized disposal centre in
compliance with the current laws in force.
VERSION LT ONLY:
4) Clean the roller slideways (1 Fig. T/3) and slideways (2 Fig. T/
3) of the extensions of auxiliary lifter LT (remove the old grease
which easily becomes dirtied by residues and dust).
5) Grease all the slideways (1, 2 Fig. T/3) using the same type of
grease as that indicated in point "2"
