9) Per correggere la planarità utilizzare le viti di registro sui due
lati di ogni longherone, avvitare in egual misura la vite interna
ed esterna del basamento da sollevare, in modo da mantene-

re la planarità precedentemente eseguita sulle singole parti.
10) Stringere ulteriormente le viti (4 Fig. E/5) della barra di tor-
sione.
N.B.: Soltanto alla messa in funzione del sollevatore saranno
effettuabili verifiche tali da consentirne il serraggio definitivo.
11) Verificare che il basamento sia a contatto del suolo nei
punti indicati dalle frecce (1-2-3 Fig. E/5), in caso contrario in-
serire gli spessori forniti in dotazione, esclusivamente in tali
posisizioni e spinti fino al centro del basamento del ponte. I
punti segnalati dalle frecce indicano le parti di appoggio al
suolo, in corrispondenza dei perni di fulcro dei bracci di solle-

vamento.
12) Con una punta da muro diametro 16mm forare in corri-
spondenza dei fori di fissaggio a fianco delle viti di registro.
Forare in modo che i tasselli di fissaggio penetrino nelle fonda-
menta in cemento. In figura sono riportati i casi in cui il fissag-
gio avvenga:
Su cemento (A Fig. E/6).
Su cemento con copertura supplementare (B Fig. E/6).
Su cemento e con spessori di livellamento (C Fig. E/6).
13) Inserire in ogni foro (12 in totale) il tassello fornito in dotazio-
ne. Qualora la vite si rivelasse corta per la necessità particola-
re di raggiungere la parte in cemento, non utilizzare i tasselli in
dotazione. Reperire tasselli di analogo tipo ma di lunghezza
adeguata, quindi procedere al fissaggio.

14) Serrare a fondo con i relativi dadi e verificare il livellamento
generale del sollevatore.
COLLEGAMENTO IDRAULICO
7.3
ATTENZIONE:
Posizionare l'unità di comando in modo che
l'operatore abbia massima visibilità delle zone
circostanti, del carico, e del sollevatore stesso.
Collocare l'unità di comando/gruppo idraulico nella posizione
definitiva.
N.B.: Prima di tale operazione, verificare quanto specificato
dalla normativa del proprio paese relativamente alle distanze
9) Use the adjuster screws on either side of each longitudinal
member to correct the planarity, tightening the screw on the
inside and outside of the misaligned base to an equal extent in
order to maintain the planarity previously obtained for the
individual parts.
10) Tighten the bolts (4 Fig. E/5) of the torsion bars again.
NOTE: The bolts can only be definitively tightened once the lifter
has been operated and further checks made.
11) Make sure that all points of the base indicated by the arrows
(1-2-3 Fig. E/5) touch the ground. Failing this, insert the supplied
shims in these positions alone, pushing them through to the
centre of the base of the lifter. The points marked by the arrows
indicate the parts of the lifter that rest on the ground, on a level
with the centring pins of the lifting arms.
12) Using a 16 mm diameter masonry bit, drill on a level with the
fixing holes alongside the adjuster screws. Drill so that the
expansion plugs penetrate the cement foundation. The figure
shows how the lifter must be fixed:
In cement (A Fig. E/6).
In cement with an additional coating (B Fig. E/6).
In cement and with levelling shims (C Fig. E/6).
13) Fit the supplied expansion plugs (12 in all) into each hole. If
the bolt is not long enough to reach the cement part, the
supplied plugs must not be used. In this case, purchase plugs of
a similar type but of the right length, then proceed with the fixing
operations.
14) Fully tighten with the relative nuts and make a general
check to ensure that the lifter is level.
HYDRAULIC CONNECTIONS
7.3
WARNING:
The power pack must be positioned so that the
lifter, the load and the surrounding zones can
be clearly seen by the operator.
Place the control unit/power pack in its definitive position.
NOTE: Before doing this, check the specifications established by
the standards in force in your country concerning regulation
