17 MOVIMENTAZIONE
ATTENZIONE!
La movimentazione è sempre vietata al perso-
nale non autorizzato.
Per spostare il sollevatore sarà indispensabile smontarlo sino ad
ottenere i gruppi descritti nel capitolo "TRASPORTO" a pagina 8
del presente manuale.
NON é consentito spostare il sollevatore senza effettuarne lo
smontaggio.
La movimentazione delle parti suddivise va effettuata con un
sollevatore a forche adeguatamente dimensionato: i pesi sono
indicati nel capitolo "TRASPORTO".
18 ACCANTONAMENTO
In caso di accantonamento per lungo periodo di tempo è
necessario:
1) Ingrassare tutti i perni di fulcro, gli steli dei cilindri idraulici, le
guide di scorrimento (solo versione LT), tutti gli snodi in genere.
2) Abbassare completamente il sollevatore.
3) Scollegare le alimentazioni: elettrica e pneumatica.
4) Avvolgere completamente con un cappuccio in naylon.
19 ROTTAMAZIONE
Qualora si intenda demolire l'apparecchiatura, operare come
segue:
1) Scollegare l'apparecchio da qualsiasi sorgente di alimen-
tazione.
2) Svuotare dai liquidi l'apparecchiatura, raccogliendo in ap-
positi contenitori sigillati.
3) Scomporre raggruppando in modo differenziato le parti elet-
triche, elettroniche, plastiche e ferrose.
4) Smaltire i rifiuti inquinanti secondo le normative previste e
consegnare presso appositi centri di raccolta differenziata tut-
te le parti omogenee.
17 MOVING THE MACHINE
WARNING!
Only authorized personnel may be allowed to
move the machine.
If the lifter needs to be moved, it is essential to demount it into
the assemblies described in the "TRANSPORT" chapter on page
8 of this manual.
It is FORBIDDEN to move the lifter unless it has been demounted.
The separated parts must be moved with a lift truck of the right
carrying capacity: the weights are indicated in the "TRANSPORT"
chapter.
18 STORING
Proceed in the following way if the lifter must be stored for a long
period of time:
1) Grease all the centre pins, the stems of the hydraulic cylinders,
the slideways (only version LT) and all articulations in general.
2) Completely lower the lifter.
3) Disconnect the lifter from the electrical and compressed air
power sources.
4) Completely wrap the machine in a plastic sheet.
19 SCRAPPING A MACHINE
Proceed in the following way if the machine must be demolished:
1) Disconnect the machine from all power sources.
2) Drain all fluids from the machine and collect them in special
sealed containers.
3) Demount the machine, setting the electrical, electronic,
plastic and metal parts in separate groups.
4) Dispose of the polluting waste in compliance with the laws in
merit and consign all the separate groups of materials to
differentiated waste collection authorities.
