INCONVENIENTI / CAUSE / RIMEDI
PROBLEMA
Viene azionato il comando di SALITA ma il sollevatore non sale.
CAUSE
1)
La spina di alimentazione non é collegata.
2)
Non arriva corrente dalla rete elettrica.
3)
Un accidentale dislivellamento delle corsie causa l'attiva-
zione della fotocellula di sicurezza.
4)
Dopo l'uso della pompa manuale non sono state riavvitate
completamente a fondo le viti (2 Fig. S/9) e (4 Fig. S/9).
5)
I tubi idraulici risultano schiacciati o danneggiati.
6)
La quantità di olio all'interno dell'impianto idraulico è in-
sufficiente.
RIMEDI
1)
Inserire correttamente la spina nella presa di alimentazio-
ne.
2)
Ripristinare il corretto funzionamento della rete elettrica:
interruttore generale, fusibili di linea (utilizzare, in caso di
mancata risoluzione del guasto elettrico, l'accessorio "OP"
come descritto a partire da pagina 54 del presente ma-
nuale).
3)
Ripristinare il normale livellamento seguendo le indicazio-
ni riportate al paragrafo "RIARMO FOTOCELLULA" a pagi-
na 48 del presente manuale.
4)
Avvitare manualmente a fondo la vite (2 Fig. S/7) e bloc-
care con la rispettiva ghiera (1 Fig. S/7).
5)
Controllare ed eventualmente far sostituire da personale
tecnico autorizzato i tubi danneggiati.
6)
Rabboccare seguendo le istruzioni al punto "1" del para-
grafo "CONTROLLI E REGOLAZIONI" a pagina 28 del pre-
sente manuale.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
PROBLEM
The UP command is operated but the lifter fails to raise.
CAUSES
1) The lifter is not plugged into the electricity main.
2) Electric power is not reaching the lifter.
3) The platforms have become accidentally misaligned and
this has activated the safety photocell.
4) The screws (2 Fig. S/9) and (4 Fig. S/9) have not been fully
tightened again after use of the hand pump.
5) The hydraulic pipes are crushed or damaged.
6) The oil level in the hydraulic system is too low.
REMEDIES
1) Fit the plug into the electricity main.
2) Restore the electricity main to normal operating
conditions: main switch, mains fuses (if the power failure
cannot be repaired, use accessory "OP" as described from
page 54 of this manual onwards).
3) Level the platforms as described in the "PHOTOCELL RESET"
section on page 48 of this manual.
4) Fully tighten the screw (2 Fig. S/7) by hand and lock it with
its ring nut (1 Fig. S/7).
5) Check the pipes and have any damaged ones replaced
by authorized technicians.
6) Top up as described in point "1" of the "INSPECTIONS AND
ADJUSTMENTS" section on page 28 of this manual.
