Il posizionamento deve essere conforme alle normative vigen-
ti come precedentemente descritto.
Al termine sarà necessario fissare l'apparecchiatura al suolo,
utilizzando i tasselli forniti dal costruttore.
Procedere al posizionamento come segue:
1) Posizionare le due corsie con basamento parallele (Fig. E)
E
ed allineate, servendosi di un'asta rettilinea (Fig. E/1).
2) Con una gru o un carrello elevatore, sollevare le corsie, en-
trambe alla medesima altezza (circa 1 metro); verifecare il si-
stema di bloccaggio meccanico, affinchè sugli arpioni di ogni
corsia, risulti in presa lo stesso numero di denti.
3) Verificare per mezzo dell'asta rettilinea, che le due corsie
risultino ancora allineate (Fig. E/1).
4) Posizionare la barra di torsione in corrispondenza dei fori di
E/1
fissaggio ed avvitare senza stringere a fondo, le rispettive viti (1
Fig. E/2).
5) Collocare sulla superficie fissa della corsia (non sulle peda-
ne mobili e non sui piattelli oscillanti), due spessori (1 Fig. E/3) di
forma regolare e di uguale altezza (minimo 5 cm), appoggia-
re su questi ultimi una livella (2 Fig. E/3).
6) Per effettuare l'eventuale correzione di messa in bolla, inter-
venire sulle viti di registro (3 Fig. E/3) poste ai lati di ogni
longherone. Collocare la livella in vari punti della corsia onde
verificare la corretta orizzontalità per tutta la lunghezza.
Al termine, allo stesso modo, effettuare il livellamento dell'altra
corsia.

7) Verificare ora il livellamento longitudinale di entrambe le
corsie, ponendo la livella in linea e sulle corsie stesse. Per effet-
tuare l'eventuale correzione di messa in bolla intervenire sulle
viti di registro. Avvitare in egual misura la vite interna ed ester-
na del basamento del lato da sollevare.
8) Verificare ora il livellamento di entrambe le corsie insieme.
Collocare sulla superficie fissa di ogni corsia (non sulle pedane
mobili e non sui piattelli oscillanti), due spessori di forma rego-
lare e di uguale altezza (1 Fig. E/4), posizionati esternamente
come rappresentato in figura. Appoggiare sugli spessori l'asta
rettilinea, quindi sopra questa la livella (2 Fig. E/4).

POSITIONING
7.2
The installation site must comply with the current laws in force as
previously described.
After positioning, the machine must be fixed to the ground using
the expansion plugs supplied by the manufacturer.
Position the machine in the following way:
1) Position the two platforms with base parallel (Fig. E) and
aligned, using a straightedge (Fig. E/1).
2) Using a crane or fork lift truck, lift both platforms to the same
height (approx. 1 metre). Check the mechanical safety bolt
and make sure that the same number of teeth have been
meshed in the ratchet mechanisms of each platform.
3) Using a straightedge, make sure that the two platforms are still
aligned (Fig. E/1).
4) Position the torsion bar on a level with the fixing holes and
tighten the respective bolts (1 Fig. E/2) without fully torquing
them.
5) Place two shims (1 Fig. E/3) of regular shape and equal
thickness (at least 5 cm) on the fixed surface of the platform (not
on the mobile runboard and not on the swinging plates) and
rest a level on the them (2 Fig. E/3).
6) If the level needs to be adjusted, use the adjuster bolts (3 Fig.
E/3) at the sides of each longitudinal member. Place the level
in various points along the platform in order to ensure that it is
perfectly horizontal in all parts.
Now level the other platform.
7) Now check to make sure that both platforms are levelled in
a longitudinal direction by placing the level in line and on the
platforms themselves. Use the adjuster bolts if the level needs to
be corrected. Tighten the bolts inside and outside the base of
the misaligned side to an equal extent.
8) Now check both platforms together to make sure that they
are level. Place two shims of regular shape and equal thickness
(1 Fig. E/4) on the fixed surface of each platform (not on the
mobile runboards and not on the swinging plates), in an external
position as shown in the figure. Place the straightedge on the
shims and then place the level on top (2 Fig, E/4).
