6. Make sure the drop lock on the end of the
cross pin moves to the side to hold the H -
bracket in position.
7. Repeat the above steps to install a
bracket on the other column.
8. Lift the end (A) of the flip handle
until it locks in position.
9. Push and hold the red safety lever
(B) forward as you pull the flip
handle to the released or down
position.
10. With the help of another person, turn the
H-bracket on each column so that it is
towards the bottom of the column.
