Thorakoskopie
Rändelring über flexible Trokarhülse d legen und
mit aufgesetztem Ventilkopf verschrauben.
Dichtungskappe aufsetzen.
Trokardorn einführen.
Trokarschutzkappe aufsetzen.

Flexible Trokare

Demontage

Trokardorn entfernen.
Rändelring a im Uhrzeigersinn (Linksgewinde)
aufdrehen und Trokarkopf b von der flexiblen
Trokarhülse abnehmen.
Flexible Trokarhülse auf Beschädigung prüfen und
ggf. austauschen.

Montage

Rändelring a über die flexible Trokarhülse legen
und mit aufgesetztem Kopf b verschrauben.
Trokardorn aufsetzen.
Trokarschutzkappe aufsetzen.
Thoracoscopy
Place the knurled ring over the flexible trocar
sleeve d and screw together with the top of the
valve in place.
Put on the sealing cap.
Insert the trocar mandrel.
Put on the trocar protective cap.

Flexible trocars

Disassembly

Remove trocar mandrel.
Unscrew the knurled ring a by turning clockwise
(left-handed thread) and remove the top of the
trocar b from the flexible trocar sleeve.
Check the flexible trocar sleeve for damage and
replace if necessary.

Assembly

Place the knurled ring a over the flexible trocar
sleeve and screw to the mounted top part b.
Put on trocar mandrel.
Attach the trocar protective cap.

Наденьте накатанное кольцо на гибкую гильзу
троакара d и свинтите с надетой головкой кла-
пана.
Наденьте уплотнительный колпачок.
Введите стилет троакара.
Наденьте защитный колпачок троакара.
Гибкие троакары
Разборка
Снимите стилет троакара.
Открутите по часовой стрелке (левая резьба)
накатанное кольцо a и снимите головку троака-
ра b с гибкой гильзы троакара.
Проверьте гибкую гильзу троакара на наличие
повреждений и при необходимости замените.
Сборка
Наденьте накатанное кольцо a на гибкую гильзу
троакара и свинтите с надетой головкой b.
Наденьте стилет троакара.
Наденьте защитный колпачок троакара.
