Cover flap

To seal the housing and protect against dust and mechanical damage, the SMC (Part No. 72700A1) is
equipped with a cover flap.
For more information, see section 3.2.

The red, yellow and green service LEDs serve to display the SMC operating status and assist orientation in
the service menu. If multiple status messages are pending at the same time, the one with the highest priority
is always displayed.
