• Engage the safety catch (55) on the battery
replacement trolley.
• Make sure both safety catches (55) are
securely
replacement trolley.

Do not raise the forks.
• Undo the battery lock (63).
•
• Remove the battery with the EJE pallet truck
travelling slowly as far as the stop (64).
• Raise the forks until the battery can be freely
pulled out of the battery compartment.
NOTE
Risk of material damage
Removing the battery can cause material
damage to the truck chassis.
Raise the forks and avoid striking the
top or bottom parts of the chassis when
removing the battery.
• Bring the battery to the charging station for
charging.
•
• Place the battery carefully onto the charging
station (60)
• Undo the safety catch (55) and pull out the
EJE pallet truck.
The battery is now removed and positioned
securely for charging.
