10.3.6 Intercommunication
The flow of measurement data of the T40 stator is made
available to the 10+2 interface, which makes it available
to other torque interface modules. At the interface mod
ules, the incoming torque and rotational speed measure
ments can then be configured and parameterized indi
vidually and without reaction. This setup is useful, for
example, if the measured values of a torque transducer
should be available in independent networks, for the con
trol and automation level, for instance.

This extremely flexible concept also allows a torque
transducer to be used in different fieldbus networks, such
as PROFINET and EtherCAT.
