The Supporting points approximation menu can be used
to re-adjust the torque. This can be done either by enter
ing the measured values (interpolation points) or by en
tering the gradient. The approximation is only valid for the
current rotor (the rotor ID number must match the con
nected rotor). The rotor ID is shown on the start page.
The Supporting points approximation parameters are
saved in the TIM-PN. These data are not stored in the
parameter set. If the entered rotor ID does not match the
connected rotor, then Supporting points approximation
will be deactivated.
