10. Care and maintenance
Check the rudder linkages and the control functions of the servos on your model regularly. All moving parts have to be
easily movable but there should not be a clearance in the bearing.
Clean the exterior of the casing with a soft and damp cloth only. Never use aggressive cleansing agents or chemical
solvents, since this might damage the surfaces.
Important!
If you have to replace damaged or worn parts, only use original replacement parts.
The spare part list can be found on our website in the Download domain specific to the corresponding
product.
You can also order the replacement parts list by phone. For contact data, please refer to the top of these
instructions in the chapter "Introduction".
11. Disposal
a) General information
Dispose of the product at the end of its lifecycle in accordance with the valid legal regulations.
b) Batteries and Rechargeable Batteries
As the end user, you are required by law (Battery Ordinance) to return all used batteries/rechargeable
batteries; disposal of them in the household waste is prohibited!
Contaminated batteries/rechargeable batteries are labelled with these symbols to indicate that disposal
in domestic waste is forbidden. The symbols for dangerous heavy metal constituents are: Cd=cadmium,
Hg=mercury, Pb=lead (name on battery/rechargeable battery, e.g. under the trash icons on the left).
You can return used batteries/rechargeable batteries free of charge to any collecting point in your local
community, in our stores or in any other store where batteries/rechargeable batteries are sold.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
