Some parts of the delivery come disassembled. You
require the following for assembly:
• Open-end spanner AF 12 mm (installation of gear
selector lever)
• Open-end spanner AF 13 mm (installation of gear
selector lever)
• Open-end spanner AF 16 mm (assembly of frame)
• Open-end spanner AF 17 mm (assembly of frame)
• Open-end spanner AF 19 mm (assembly of wheels)
The assembly tool is not included in the scope of de-
livery.
8.1 ,Q V WDOOLQ J WKHIUDPH) L J
1. Align the holes of the frame (21) with the holes of
the side parts of the frame.
2. Secure the frame (21) with the screws (enclosed
accessories bag A M10x45 mm and B M10x25),
washers and nuts.
8.2 ) L WWLQ J WKHZKHHOV) L J
1. Push the wheels (8) onto the wheel screws and
fasten them with the included washers and lock
nuts (C, M12).
2. Make sure that the valve (which is needed to inflate
the wheels) is on the outer side of each wheel (8).
3. Also pay attention to the direction arrow on the
wheel.
8.3 ,Q V WDOOLQ J WKHJHDUVHOHFWRUOHYHU) L J
1. Remove the pre-assembled screws from the gear
selector lever (14).
2. Slide the gear selector lever (14) through the slot
of the switch plate (13).
3. Fasten the gear selector lever (14) on the in-
side of the switch bracket (10) using the screws
M8x30mm. Make sure that the labelling of the
gear selector lever (14) points towards the user.

1. Push the transport tray (4) laterally into the guide
pins provided for this purpose on the frame.
2. Secure the transport tray (4) using the enclosed
cotter pins (D).

1. Fasten the on/off switch cable (26) using the in-
cluded cable connectors.

Inhalation of petrol/lubricating oil vapours and ex-
haust gases can cause serious damage to health,
unconsciousness and in extreme cases death.
- Do not breathe petrol/lubricating oil vapours and
exhaust gases.
- Operate the product outdoors only.
NOTE!

Using the product without or with too little engine and
gearbox oil can result in engine damage.
- Fill with petrol and oil before commissioning. The
product is delivered without engine oil from the fac-
tory.
NOTE!

Spilled oil can pollute the environment permanently.
The liquid is highly toxic and can quickly lead to wa-
ter pollution.
- Fill/empty oil only on level, paved surfaces.
- Use a filling nozzle or funnel.
- Collect drained oil in a suitable container.
- Wipe up spilled oil carefully immediately and dis-
pose of the cloth according to local regulations.
- Dispose of oil as per local regulations.
NOTE!

If incorrectly stored or undrained fuel is used, the
carburettor may become clogged or engine opera-
tion may be affected.
- Put unused fuel in an airtight vessel and store it in
a dark, cool room.

• Check all sides of the engine for oil or fuel leaks.
• Check the engine oil level.
• Check the fuel level – the tank should be at least
half-full.
• Check the air filter condition (see section 12.3).
• Check the condition of the fuel lines.
• Make sure that the spark plug connector (26) is at-
tached to the spark plug (14).
• Check the tyre pressure. This should be max. 2.1
bar.
• Look for signs of damage.
• Check that all protective covers are in place and all
screws, nuts and bolts are tightened.
