USE AND OPERATION
STARTING AND STOPPING THE COOKING CYCLE
To start and stop the appliance, proceed as fol-
lows.
Starting
Switch on the appliance (see page 22).

Press key (B) and then key (E) to activate

the oil "melting" procedure. When the pre-
heating temperature is reached the beeper
sounds.
Press key (E) to deactivate the "melting"

function. The temperature is maintained at
90°C until cooking starts.
Press key (C) to activate the temperature in-

Press keys (F-G) to set the cooking temperature.

IMPORTANT: If the power supply is
cut off for less than 20-40 seconds, the cook-
ing cycle restarts automatically.
If the power failure lasts longer than 40 sec-
onds, press key (B) to restart the cooking cy-
cle.
