Proceed as follows.
Press the key (B) to stop the cooking cycle

and deactivate the appliance. The light (P)
comes on.
Press the key (D). The value of the hours on

the display (A) will start to fl ash.
Press one of the keys (F-G) to increase or de-

crease the value, until the required value is
obtained.
Press the key (D) to save the new value dis-

played. The value of the minutes on the dis-
play (A) will start to fl ash.
Press one of the keys (F-G) to increase or

decrease the value, until the required value
is obtained.
Press the key (D) to save the new value dis-

played. After a few seconds the appliance
switches to stand-by mode.
This procedure is used to set a temperature
threshold at which a buzzer is triggered.
Proceed as follows.
Press the key (C) pto start the oil heating
1)
phase and the display (A) will show the cook-
ing temperature.
Press the keys (F-G) to increase or decrease
2)
the values shown on the display (30÷190°C).
Wait about 4 seconds for the new value set to
3)
be saved.
Press the keys (F-G) together and the display
4)
(A) will show the oil temperature in the cook-
ing well.
NOTE: During the cooking cycle, the
value on the display (A) fl ashes if the tem-
perature of the oil in the well is lower than
the one set, whereas it is steady if the tem-
perature is equal to or above the set level.
