Manual cooking
Proceed as follows.
Press the key (D). The last value set appears

on the display (A).
Press the keys (F-G) to increase or de-

crease the values shown on the display.
The cooking time increases or decreases by
30 s seconds each time one of the keys (F-G)
is pressed.
Press key (D) again to start the cooking cycle.

– Since now and as long as the timer is enabled,
the set temperature will not be visible on the
display (A) anymore; the time left before the
end of the countdown will be displayed in-
stead.
– If key (D) is pressed after the cooking cycle
has started, the display shows the set cooking
time for 4 seconds.
When the set time has elapsed, the buzzer of

the board sounds 3 times and the display (A)
shows the set cooking temperature again.
ACTIVATES/DEACTIVATES THE TEMPERATURE HOLDING (MELTING) FUNCTION
Proceed as follows.
Press key (E) to activate the temperature

holding (melting) function. The light (Q)
comes on.
Press key (E) to deactivate the temperature
2)
holding (melting) function. The light (Q) goes
out.
NOTE: The temperature melting func-
tion is always enabled whenever a heating
operation is started with the actual temper-
ature in the well below 90°C.
