TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The fryer, referred to from now on as "the appli-
ance", is designed and manufactured for frying
foods within the professional catering sector
(for example: in restaurants' kitchens, canteens,
hospitals, and in business activities such as
bakeries, butcher's shops, etc...); it must not be
used for mass production of foods and must be
used by qualifi ed and trained personnel.
Main Parts
Frying well: in stainless steel.

Fume exhaust vent (Type A): for removal of

Control panel: controls the operating func-

tions.
Drain tap: for draining the oil from the well.

Basket hanger support: to support the bas-

ket while foods are being drained.
Door: for accessing the inside of the appli-

ance.
Burner control knob: controls the supply of

gas to the burner.
Gas supply connection: for connection of

the gas supply.
