SERVICING
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
Turn off the gas supply tap.

Undo the screws (B) and remove the control

Undo the screw (C) of the pressure connec-

Connect the pressure gauge (D) to the pres-

sure test point.
Turn the gas supply tap back on.

Use the knob (D) to light the burner (See par-

Perform a cooking cycle without food at

the maximum temperature then check that
the pressure reading complies with the val-
ues provided in the table at the back of the
manual.
