m Danger of burning! The saw blade is still hot shortly
after cutting.
1.
Firmly hold the tilt table pull out the spring cotter
pin (fig. 11, A).
2.
Loosen the hexagonal nut (fig. 12 B), firmly hold
the tilt table and pull the swivel's guide rail (fig. 12
C) from the threaded pin (fig. 12 D).
3.
Slowly lower the tilt table towards the ground.
4.
Use the locking pin (fig. 13, 14) to secure the saw
blade against turning.
5.
Loosen the screw (fig. 14, E).
6.
Remove the washer (fig. 14, F), the front saw blade
flange (fig. 14, G) and the saw blade (fig. 14, H).
7.
Clean the saw blade flanges
8.
Install a new or sharpened saw blade.
Pay attention to the correct running direction of
the saw blade: The arrow on the safety guard and
the arrow on the saw blade must show to the same
direction.
9.
Reinstall the front saw blade flange and the washer
10. Secure the saw blade using the screw.
11. Slide the both washers on the support pin (fig.
15, I).
12. Lift the tilt table and guide the support pin into the
hole (fig. 15, J).
13. Insert the swivel's guide rail (fig. 12, C) to the
threaded pin (fig. 12, D) and fix it with the hexag-
onal nut (fig. 12, B)
14. Plug the spring cotter pins (fig. 11, A) through the
support pin (fig. 15, I).
15. Remove the locking pin (fig. 13, 14).
Replacing the plastics insert
Immediately replace the worn or damaged plastics
inserts (fig. 1, 11).

Loosen the screws of the plastics insert and re-
move them.
2.
Insert a new plastic insert and screw it tightly in
place.

Place the jack in the transport position and secure it

Hold the handle, put one foot onto the axle and tilt the
machine towards your body
In this position it is easy to move the machine.

Attention! The saw may only be used when all four
feet are securely on the ground.
14. Storage
Store the equipment and accessories out of children's
reach in a dark and dry place at above freezing tem-
perature. The ideal storage temperature is between 5
and 30 °C. Store the electric tool in its original pack-
aging.

handed in free of charge at the following places:
- Public disposal or collection points (e.g. municipal
works yards)
- Points of sale of electrical appliances (stationary
and online), provided that dealers are obliged to
take them back or offer to do so voluntarily.
- Up to three waste electrical devices per type of
device, with an edge length of no more than 25
centimetres, can be returned free of charge to
the manufacturer without prior purchase of a new
device from the manufacturer or taken to another
authorised collection point in your vicinity.
