Failure Display and Inspection
If an abnormality comes up, the induction hob will enter the protective state
automatically and display corresponding protective codes:
Fault code Description
E1 Pot detection fault
Voltage is too
E2/E3
highv or too low
IGBT sensor open/
E4/E5
short-circuit
IGBT sensor high
E6 temperature

Possible Cause
No pot, or the size,
material, etc. is not
suitable, or not placed
precisely in the middle
of the cooking area.
The chip does not
detect the pan
The current voltage
between neutral
and live wires is not
within the operating
range of the machine:
180VAC~265VAC
Chip detects abnormal
voltage: circuit fault
Circuit detection fault:
sensor fault or poor
welding
The fan does not
rotate or the speed
is slow: both furnace
have fault codes after
operating for a period
of time
Drive board fault:
fault code of a single
furnace
Solution
Verify that the pan is
correct and properly
positioned
Replace the drive board
Use a multimeter to
measure whether the
power supply inlet
voltage is normal
Replace the drive board
Replace the drive board
1. Fan socket loose:
reconnect
2. Fan failure: replace
the fan
3. No power output for
filter board fan: replace
filter board
4. Display board has no
fan drive signal: replace
the display board
Replace the drive board
