Environmental damage due to improper disposal
To avoid environmental damage, observe the following guidelines for disposal:
– Decontaminate all components wetted with chemicals before disposal
– Follow all disposal instructions in the safety data sheets of the substances
used
– Have electrical and electronic components, lubricants and other auxiliary
materials disposed of by approved specialist companies in accordance with
the locally applicable legal regulations
Recycling of reusable raw materials
In accordance with Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic
equipment, the components resulting from dismantling should be recycled as
far as possible.
– Separate components according to material properties (plastic, metal, etc.)
wherever possible
– Have components sorted according to material properties recycled by
approved specialist companies
