Maintenance
Clean the pressure reducer
If necessary, the strainer cup and strainer can be cleaned.
NOTICE!
Damage to property due to unsuitable cleaning agents
Solvent-based and alcohol-based cleaning agents can cause water damage to
the pressure reducer.
– Do not use detergents containing solvents
– Do not use cleaning agents containing alcohol

Close the shut-off valve on the inlet side.
1.
Relieve the pressure on the output side, e.g. with a water tap.
2.
Close the shut-off valve on the outlet side.
3.
Unscrew the strainer cup with the ZR06K double ring spanner.
4.
Take out the sieve, clean it and put it back in.
5.
Slowly open the shut-off valve on the inlet side.
6.
Slowly open the shut-off valve on the outlet side.

The devices are maintenance-free.
The measurement accuracy should be ensured by regular checks.
Testing or recalibration may only be performed by qualified personnel with suitable
equipment.
When disassembling, close the vent valve (if present).
WARNING!
Residual media in dismantled pressure gauges can endanger personnel, the
environment and and equipment.
Take adequate precautions.
