Maintenance work

Prior to long downtimes (recommended >24 hours) of the metering system, the
metering unit must be flushed as a maintenance routine.
The solution in the proportional dosing unit must be flushed completely with
water (see in acc. with
on page 55 and
prevents damage to the components on the dosing unit that can arise through
extended contact and an absence of throughput.

Non-compliance can lead to filter clogging. Pressure drop and decreasing water flow

The filter screens are made of stainless steel. Red coating due to rust from the pipes

Filtered water can be removed during rinsing.
If the outlet is open, place a suitable container under the ball valve.
