Maintenance
Remove the pressure reducer
Protective equipment:
Material:
Close the shut-off valve on the inlet side.

Relieve the pressure on the output side, e.g. with a water tap.
2.
Close the shut-off valve on the outlet side.
3.
CAUTION!
Risk of injury due to the pressure spring jumping out
If the pressure spring jumps out of the spring cover, this can lead to injuries.
– Do not unscrew the slotted screw
– Release pressure spring
Unscrew the slotted screw.
4.
To release the pressure spring, turn the adjustment handle to the left (-) until it stops.
5.
Unscrew the spring cover with the double ring spanner ZR06K.
6.
Remove the grooved ring.
7.
Check the sealing disc, the nozzle edge and the groove ring for perfect condition and

replace the complete valve insert if necessary.
Take out the sieve, clean it and put it back in.
9.
10. Put the O-ring on the strainer cup.
Install the pressure reducer.
Protective equipment:
Press in the membrane with your finger.
1.
Insert the slide ring.
2.
Screw the sieve cup in hand-tight.
3.
Mount the remaining components in reverse order.
4.
Adjust the setting scale.
5.
Adjust the back pressure.
