CAUTION!
Components and hoses under pressure
Flow noise in valves and pipes under pressure can impair the perception of
other noises at the workplace. Components and hoses under pressure can fail,
causing components and chemicals from the station to be ejected forcefully:
– station Only operate when safety gates are closed.

Operate station

Requirements:
The water supply is established.
n
The disinfectantsupply is in place.
n
The sampling valve is closed.
n
Check to ensure that disinfectant is visible in the transparent suction hose.
1.
Check concentration setting at the inlet to the proportional dosing unit.
2.
Open the water supply.
3.
ð The dosing pump draws in the disinfectant.
ð The disinfectant solution flows at the set pre-pressure to the consumer points
(e.g. nozzle bar).
Moisten the surfaces to be cleaned with the spray mist from the nozzle bars.
4.
Close the water supply.
5.
Properly stow the hose with the nozzle block.

CAUTION!
Damage to proportional dosing unit caused by unacceptable pressure
build-up
Rapid shutting down of the media outlet can cause pressure impacts that can
damage the proportional dosing unit:
– Do not install non-return fittings in the media outlet downstream of the
proportional dosing unit!
