Functional description
Main tap
The main tap regulates the water supply to the station. Opening the main tap switches on
the station and water pressure starts up the hydromotor dosing pump.
Sample extraction valve
The sampling valve (with hose) enables the concentration of disinfectant solution to be
monitored continuously disinfectant solutionprocess.
The product concentration needs to be checked by analysis at least once a
shift.
Suction lance
The suction lance has a flexible hose that directs disinfectant to the dosing pump. The
suction lance is equipped with a non-return valve and a pre-empty and empty signal.
The pre-empty and the empty switches on the suction lance can be used for
optional external fill monitoring of the concentrate canister.

In the station the following outsourced components are installed:
4.2.1

Fine filter MiniPlus FF06

The flushable fine filter assures a continuous water supply with filtered water. The fine
filter prevents the ingress of foreign bodies, e.g. particles of rust, hemp remnants and
grains of sand. The foreign particulate that accumulates on the floor of the strainer cup
can be removed simply by flushing it. The fine filter is also suitable in very restricted
space.

The pressure gauges are defined as "pressure-maintaining equipment"

The spring-loaded pressure reducer protects systems from excessive supply
pressures. Using a pressure reducer prevents pressure damage and reduces
water consumption.
The operating pressure set (back pressure) is also maintained at a constant level
with fluctuating supply pressures (pre-pressure).
