WARNING!
Risk of injury caused by chemicals harmful to health
Corrosive chemicals can escape from tipped over chemical canisters causing
serious injuries from burns, and from falls on wet floors.
– Fit supplied canister brackets below the station on the wall.
– Always place chemical canisters in a canister holder to prevent them from
tipping over.
– Place a safety receptacle under the chemical canister to catch any
chemicals that may escape.
WARNING!
Risk of injury from components and hoses under pressure
The components on the station are rated for a maximum operating pressure of
6 bar:
– Before installation and connection of the station ensure that the pressure
setting valve is set to the lowest possible pressure.
– After opening the stop cock, set the pressure control valve to the desired
operating pressure of max. 6 bar.
– Check the operating pressure setting on a daily basis.
NOTICE!
Material damage due to additional weight loads
Additional weight loads can cause material damage to the station.
– Do not load the station with additional weight
– Do not step upon the station or use it as a climbing aid
– Do not place heavy tools on the station.
NOTICE!
Damage to property due to unsuitable tools
Use of an inappropriate tool can damage the station .
Always use appropriate tools!
5.2

Requirements for the installation location

This applies to the installation location of the station:
The station and the concentrate must be accessible. The installation must not
n
constitute an environmental pollution or a contamination hazard.
The station must be kept away from heat sources and be protected against sub-zero
n
temperatures.
For safe operation, the station must be positioned higher than the connected
n
disinfectant canisters. To guarantee the function of the dosing pump, the difference
in height between the disinfectant canisters and the station must not exceed 4 metres.
The suction line supplied must be used to connect up the disinfectant canister. If
n
needed, this can be shortened.
