Check station for leaks

Material:
Prerequisite:
The station is connected to the water supply.
n
The pressure regulator is set to a maximum water pressure of 6 bar.
n
The dosing pump has been bled.
n
The station is connected to the outflow.
n
Open the safety gate.
1.
Place a full water canister in the canister holder and open it.
2.
Insert the suction lance into the water canister and immerse it.
3.
Open the water supply and flush the station for at least 5 minutes.
4.
During the flushing process, check the station for leaks.
5.
Close water supply.
6.
Connect the dosing line to the consumers.

Make sure that the suction lance cannot draw air.
If necessary, retighten the screw connections carefully.
