Replace the seals of the metering unit
NOTICE!
Do not use tools or metal objects.

Protective equipment:
To switch the metering pump to a pressure-free state, close the water supply.
1.
Remove the suction hose and the metering unit.
2.
Pull the metering unit downwards from the pump body.
3.
Hold the seal and the metering part between your thumb and index finger; squeeze
4.
the seal toward the opposite side to deform it.
Increase the deformation to grip the seal and then remove it from its recess.
5.
Clean the seal with a cloth or replace it if necessary.
6.
Insert the seal into the recess. Make sure that the seal is not twisted.
7.
Replace the valve and the ribbed end piece.
8.
Assemble metering pump in reverse order to its disassembly.

If you want to arrange maintenance or repair of the proportional metering unit
by Ecolab, the proportional metering unit must be sent to Ecolab Engineering.
