Operation

This chapter describes the operation of the station in normal mode.
The functions of the station are controlled by the machine control for the complete
machine.
For operation of the complete machine see the documentation, refer to the
documentation of the machine manufacturer.

Safety

Staying in the hazardous area
No access for unauthorised persons
Staying in the hazardous area of the station can lead to serious injury for
untrained personnel.
WARNING!
Burns caused by harmful chemical products
Contact with hazardous chemical products can cause severe burns.
– Read the enclosed safety data sheet carefully before using the chemical
product.
– The safety regulations and the required protective clothing for working with
chemicals must be complied with.
– Safety devices such as showers and eye flushing must be accessible and
checked regularly to ensure that they are fully functional.
– Ensure adequate ventilation and extraction.
– Avoid skin and eye contact.
DANGER!
Burns caused by peroxide chemical products
Peroxide chemical products in high concentrations cause severe burns if they
come into contact with skin, eyes or mucous membranes.
– Always use a face shield in addition to the prescribed PPE in case of
maintenance or repair
– Ensure that suitable emergency equipment is available in the vicinity of the
operating area (e.g. eye shower)
