Remove the disinfectant solution sample

Requirements:
The water supply is established.

The disinfectantsupply is in place.

Open the safety gate.

Place a suitable container under the sample.
2.
Open the water supply.

ð The dosing pump draws in the disinfectant.
ð The disinfectant solution flows at the set pre-pressure to the consumer points.
ð The disinfectant solution is pumped to the nozzle rod.
Let the station run for at least 10 seconds.

Open the valve at the sampling point and take a sample.
5.
Close the valve at the sampling point.

Close the water supply.

Check the concentration of disinfectant solution and, if necessary, set the dosing

Replace disinfectant canister

WARNING!
Burns caused by harmful chemical products
Contact with hazardous chemical products can cause severe burns.
– Read the enclosed safety data sheet carefully before using the chemical
product.
– The safety regulations and the required protective clothing for working with
chemicals must be complied with.
– Safety devices such as showers and eye flushing must be accessible and
checked regularly to ensure that they are fully functional.
– Ensure adequate ventilation and extraction.
– Avoid skin and eye contact.
ENVIRONMENT!
Chemicals can harm the environment.
Chemical products must never enter the environment undiluted:
– Only empty completely drained chemical containers.
– Flush out residual amounts in chemical canisters with large amounts of
water.
– Immediately soak up any leaking liquids with a suitable binding agent and
dispose of properly.
