Obligation of the staff
All persons involved in work on the station are obliged
to follow the applicable national laws and regulations, as well as the operator's

regulations on occupational safety
to read and observe this document prior to commencing work for the first time
n
not to enter areas secured using protective measures and access restrictions without
n
due authorisation
in the event of faults that could jeopardise the safety of personnel or components,
n
immediately to switch off the station, and to report the fault to the responsible
department or person
to wear the personal protective equipment (PPE) stipulated by the operator
n
to observe the applicable safety regulations and the manufacturer's safety data sheet
n
when handling chemicals
2.8
Unauthorised conversion and production of spare parts
Changes or modifications to the station are not permitted without the prior written consent
of Ecolab and will entail the voiding of all warranty claims.
CE conformity
With retrospective conversions, the CE conformity of the station needs to be
evaluated again and a new certificate needs to be issued.
Only original spare parts approved by Ecolab may be used for maintenance and repairs.
Accessories must also be approved by Ecolab. The use of other components will
invalidate Ecolab's warranty.

General safety advice
During set-up, installation, operation and maintenance of the station, despite designed in
safety measures, various types of risk remain that cannot be avoided. These residual risks
are covered by the following general safety instructions.
